Հայաստանի ազգային հավաքականի նախկին կիսապաշտպան Մարկոս Պիզելլին նշանակվել է Հարավային Ամերիկայում ՀՖՖ դեսպան: Այս մասի հայտնում է ՀՖՖ պաշտոնական կայքը:

«Առաջին հերթին, շատ երջանիկ եմ՝ կրկին հայկական ֆուտբոլում ներգրավված լինելու հնարավորության համար: Կանեմ առավելագույնը՝ Հայաստանին վերադարձնելու այն ամենը, ինչ այդ երկիրն է տվել ինձ: Իմ գործառույթներից մեկը կլինի տարբեր միջոցառումների ժամանակ Հայաստանը ներկայացնելը: Բացի այդ, ես պետք է ավելի սերտ հարաբերություններ հաստատեմ Հարավային Ամերիկայում հայկական սփյուռքի հետ: Հնարավոր է՝ կարողանամ նոր ֆուտբոլիստներ հայտնաբերել, որոնք ապագայում կհամալրեն Հայաստանի ազգային հավաքականը:

Ես մեծ ցանկություն ունեմ սովորելու: Վստահ եմ՝ ՀՖՖ-ն կաջակցի ինձ այդ հարցում, իսկ ես կփորձեմ իմ ներդրումն ունենալ հայկական ֆուտբոլի զարգացման գործում»-ասել է Մարկոսը ՀՖՖ պաշտոնական կայքի հետ զրույցում:

ՀՖՖ նախագահ Արմեն Մելիքբեկյանը ևս անդրադարձել է Մարկոս Պիզելլիի նշանակմանը:

«Մոտ մեկ ամիս առաջ արդեն հայտարարել էինք Յուրա Մովսիսյանի՝ Հյուսիսային Ամերիկայում ՀՖՖ դեսպան նշանակվելու մասին: Այժմ որոշել ենք, որ նմանատիպ գործառույթներով Հարավային Ամերիկայում կզբաղվի մեր նշանավոր ֆուտբոլիստներից ևս մեկը՝ Մարկոս Պիզելլին: Մենք շարունակում ենք հավատարիմ մնալ մեր որդեգրած քաղաքականությանը. մեզ համար շատ կարևոր է, որպեսզի Հայաստանի ազգային հավաքականում մեծ ներդրում ունեցած ֆուտբոլիստները շարունակեն ներգրավված մնալ հայկական ֆուտբոլում, իրենց փորձն ու գիտելիքները ծառայեցնեն հայկական ֆուտբոլի զարգացմանը:

Հարավային Ամերիկան շատ կարևոր տարածաշրջան է մեզ համար: Այստեղ կան հայկական մեծաքանակ համայնքներ, որոնցում շատ են ֆուտբոլով զբաղվող երիտասարդները: Վստահ եմ, որ Մարկոս Պիզելլին հենց այն անձնավորությունն է, ով կարող է գտնել հայազգի ֆուտբոլիստներ, ովքեր կարող են համալրել Հայաստանի տարբեր տարիքային հավաքականները»:
