«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ կողմից արված հայտարարությունից հետո ՀՀ-ում քաղաքական մթնոլորտը շարունակում է մնալ լարված։ Մենք թերթի նախորդ համարներում տեղեկացրել էինք, որ ներհայաստանյան զարգացումների հետ կապված՝ անհանգիստ մթնոլորտ է տիրում նաև դիվկորպուսում: Մասնավորաբար, մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցել էին, որ դիվկորպուսի ներկայացուցիչների մեծ մասի համբերության բաժակը լցվել է: Նախատեսվում էր, որ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականի պահանջով են հանդես գալու մի շարք դիվանագետներ, այդ թվում՝ դեսպաններ։ Սակայն իշխանություններին առժամանակ հաջողվել է կանխել այդ «դեմարշը»: Թեմայի հետ կապված «Փաստ» թերթին նոր մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել:

Այսպիսով, մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ նշյալի մասին տեղեկանալուց հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նախատեսում է լուրջ փոփոխություններ իրականացնել դեսպանների շարքերում։ Խոսքը մոտ 10 դեսպանի փոփոխության մասին է։ Մեր ունեցած տեղեկության համաձայն, Փաշինյանը բավականին նյարդային է ընդունել դեսպանների կողմից նման վարքագծի դրսևորումը, և գոռգոռոցով հայտարարել է, թե «բոլորին ուղարկելու եմ գրողի ծոցը, որ հասկանան, թե ով է երկրի իրական ղեկավարը»։ Նշենք, որ խոսքը հիմնականում եվրոպական երկրներում հավատարմագրված դեսպանների մասին է։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, ներկայումս գործընթացը առայժմ սառեցված է հավել յալ լարվածությունից խուսափելու նպատակով, բայց դեսպանների փոփոխությունն ընդամենը ժամանակի հարց է։

Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, այս փուլում բավական լարված են ընդհանրապես ԱԳՆ-Փաշինյան հարաբերությունները, քանի որ այն վարքագիծն ու դիրքորոշումը, որը դրսևորվում է իշխանությունների կողմից, պրոֆեսիոնալ դիվանագետների շրջանում լուրջ անհանգստություն ու դժգոհություն է առաջացրել։ Հավանաբար հենց այդ լարվածության պատճառով էլ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մարտի 2-ին չմասնակցեց դիվանագետի օրվան նվիրված միջոցառումներին։
