Օնիկ Գասպարյանի տեղակալին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել
POLITICS«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
ՀՀ ԶՈւ պատրաստության գլխավոր վարչության պետ-զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետի տեղակալ Անդրանիկ Մակարյանը ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ներգրավված է որպես մեղադրյալ:
Այդ մասին, «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հարցմանն ի պատասխան, հայտնել են ՀՀ Գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:
Մասնավորապես, հարցում ուղարկելով՝ խնդրել էինք տեղեկություն տրամադրել, թե կա արդյոք 44-օրյա պատերազմին առնչվող քրեական գործ, կոնկրետ ինչ քրեական գործի մասին է խոսքը, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի ինչ հատկանիշներով է հարուցվել այն, արդյոք Անդրանիկ Մակարյանը հարցաքննվել է այդ գործի շրջանակներում եւ ինչ կարգավիճակով։ Այս հարցերին պատասխան է եկել միայն այն մասով, որ Մակարյանը ներգրավվել է գործով որպես մեղադրյալ:
Դատախազությունը հրաժարվել է այլ տեղեկություն տրամադրել գործի մասին՝ դա համարելով նախաքննական գաղտնիք: Նկատենք, որ Անդրանիկ Մակարյանն այն չորս զինվորականներից մեկն է, որոնք չեն միացել Գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Օնիկ Գասպարյանի եւ մյուս զինվորականների հայտարարությանը՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականը պահանջելու: Փաստորեն, Մակարյանը մտահոգվելու առիթ ունի։
ArmLur.am-ը գրել էր, որ Անդրանիկ Մակարյանի գործողությունների մասով կա հարուցված քրեական գործ, որն առնչվում է հենց 44-օրյա պատերազմին, եւ դեռ պետք է պարզվի, թե կոնկրետ նրա ղեկավարած բաժինը ինչ բացթողում է արել: Հենց այս քրգործն է պատճառը, որ Մակարյանը հրաժարվել է ստորագրել իր գործընկերների հայտարարությունը՝ վախենալով իր մասին բացահայտումներից եւ հնարավոր կալանքից:
Հետաքրքիր է, սակայն, որ Անդրանիկ Մակարյանը երեկ Եռաբլուր զինվորական պանթեոնում էր՝ իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանի հետ։ Նա հույս ունի, որ Օնիկ Գասպարյանին պաշտոնանկ անելուց հետո իրեն կնշանակեն ԳՇ պետ, եւ կկարճվի նաեւ իր մասով քրգործը։
