ԱԱՏՄ-ն իրազեկում է 5-ՆՕԿ նիտրօքսոլին 50մգ թաղանթապատ դեղահատերի որոշ սերիաների շրջանառությունը դադարեցնելու և հետկանչի մասին

ՀՀ ԱԱՏՄ ղեկավարի կողմից կարգադրագրեր են տրվել «Թեոֆարմա Իմպորտ», «Էսկուլապ», «Ֆրմպրոեկտ», «Վագա-Ֆարմ», «Լամբրոն-Ֆարմիմպէքս», «Առգո-Ֆարմ», «Սմայլ Ֆարմ» ՍՊ ընկերություններին 5-ՆՕԿ նիտրօքսոլին 50մգ թաղանթապատ դեղահատերի որոշ սերիաների շրջանառությունը դադարեցնելու և հետկանչի վերաբերյալ։

Կարգադրագրերը տրվել են հիմք ընդունելով ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության «Ակադեմիկոս Է. Գաբրիելյանի անվան դեղերի և բժշկական տեխնոլոգիաների փորձագիտական կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերության 2021 թվականի մարտի 02-ի թիվ 0105019821 փորձագիտական եզրակացությունը, համաձայն որի՝ 5-ՆՕԿ նիտրօքսոլին 50մգ թաղանթապատ դեղահատեր (50), պլաստիկե տարայում Լեկ Ֆարմասյութիքալս դ.դ., Վերովսկովա փ. 57, 1526 Լյուբլյանա, Սլովենիա՝ բաց թողնման հսկող, Լեկ Ֆարմասյութիքալս դ.դ., Կոլոդվորսկա փ. 27, Մենգես, 1234, Սլովենիա՝ դեղաձևն արտադրող, փաթեթավորող, Լեկ Ֆարմասյութիքալս դ.դ., Վերովսկովա փ. 57, 1526 Լյուբլյանա (Սլովենիա)-ի դեղի ընթացիկ կայունության փորձաքննության արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել է որակի անհամապատասխանություն հետևյալ սերիաներում.

Դեղի հետկանչն իրականացնողներին հանձնարարվել է սույն կարգադրագիրը ստանալու պահից 24 ժամվա ընթացքում մշակել հետկանչի պլան և այն համաձայնեցման ներկայացնել Տեսչական մարմին, ընթացքի, իրականացված միջոցառումների մասին 3 օրը մեկ անգամ հաշվետվություն ներկայացնել Տեսչական մարմին՝ ՀՀ ք. Երևան, Նորք-Մարաշ, Ա. Արմենակյան 129 և [email protected], [email protected] հասցեներով, ինպես նաև հետկանչի ավարտից հետո դեղի ոչնչացումը իրականացնել «Դեղերի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 23-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով, 26-րդ հոդվածով և ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի 2013 թվականի փետրվարի 1-ի «Դեղատներում կամ դեղատնային կրպակներում բժշկական թափոնների հաշվառման կարգը սահմանելու մասին» N 05-Ն հրամանով սահմանված կարգով։
