Ինչպես է հաշվարկվում աշխատանքային ստաժը
SOCIETYԱշխատանքային ստաժում հաշվարկվում են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգով աշխատանքի ընդունելուց մինչև ազատելու օրն ընկած ժամանակահատվածները, այլ գործունեության ժամանակահատվածները, ինչպես նաև զինվորական ծառայության ժամանակահատվածները:
Այլ գործունեության օրինակ է մինչև երկու տարեկան երեխայի խնամքը: Ստաժում հաշվարկվում են յուրաքանչյուր ժամանակահատվածի տարին, ամիսը, օրը, այնուհետև գումարվում, ընդ որում, յուրաքանչյուր 30 օրը հաշվառվում է որպես մեկ լրիվ ամիս, իսկ յուրաքանչյուր 12 ամիսը` մեկ լրիվ տարի:
Կարևոր է իմանալ, որ կենսաթոշակի չափը հաշվարկելիս (վերահաշվարկելիս)` աշխատանքային ստաժի հանրագումարի մեջ մինչև 6 ամսվա (180 օրվա) ժամանակահատվածը չի հաշվառվում, իսկ 6 ամսվանից ավելի ժամանակահատվածը հաշվառվում է որպես մեկ տարվա ստաժ:
Աշխատանքային ստաժում հաշվարկվող աշխատանքային կամ այլ գործունեության ժամանակահատվածները համընկնելու դեպքում հաշվառվում է դրանցից մեկը: Այսինքն, եթե ծնողը մինչև երկու տարեկան երեխային խնամելուն զուգահեռ աշխատում է, աշխատանքային ստաժում հաշվարկվում է միայն աշխատանքի ժամանակահատվածը:
