«Երրորդ ուժ» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնության հայտարարությունը

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում առկա քաղաքական խորը ճգնաժամը, երկրի առաջ ծառացած ճակատագրական նշանակություն ունեցող և պետության անվտանգությանն ուղղված մարտահրավերները, դրանց լուծման փաստացի հնարավորությունները, ինչպես նաև քաղաքական գործընթացների անկանխատեսելի զարգացումները պարտադրում են մեզ ձևավորել «Երրորդ ուժ» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնություն, որի առաջնահերթ և հրատապ խնդիր ենք հռչակում երկիրը կործանման եզրին հասցրած, պետականությունը հարցականի տակ դրած ապաշնորհ իշխանության հեռացումը և համարժեք իրավական գործընթացների գեներացումը:
«Երրորդ ուժ» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնության երկարաժամկետ նպատակն է իր բոլոր հնարավորությունների ներդրմամբ նպաստել որակապես նոր մակարդակի հայոց պետականության ստեղծմանն ու զարգացմանը:
Այդ խնդրի լուծման նպատակով` «Երրորդ ուժ» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնության անդամները, Սփյուռքի և Արցախի Հանրապետության մեր հայրենակիցների հետ մեկտեղ, որոշելու են միավորված հայրենիքի զարգացման ռազմավարական ուղին և, համախմբելով հայության ներուժը, լուծելու են համազգային խնդիրները: Մասնակցելով արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին՝ առաջնահերթ կարգախոս ենք հայտարարելու որակապես նոր՝ իրավական, քաղաքական, տնտեսական համակարգերի ձևավորումը:
Մենք վճռական ենք` հաղթահարելու հայությանը հասցված անընդունելի փորձության հետևանքները և նպաստելու մեր հայրենիքի վերածննդին՝ ժամանակակից աշխարհին և մեր ազգային արժեհամակարգին հարիր պահանջներին համահունչ:
