Տղամարդուն կյանքից զրկելու նպատակով նռնակ է տեղադրել ավտոմեքենայի կցորդիչի առջևի լծակին

2021թ. մարտի 8-ին՝ ժամը 13:47-ին, «Եղեգնաձորի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերությունից ոստիկանության Եղեգնաձորի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ կրծքավանդակի և վերջույթների բազմաթիվ բեկորային վնասվածքներով իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել Վայոց ձորի մարզի Մալիշկա գյուղի բնակիչ՝ ծնված 1959թ.:
Վերջինս նույն օրը հաղորդում է տվել այն մասին, որ նշված վնասվածքներն ստացել է 2021թ. մարտի 8-ին՝ ժամը 13:00-ի սահմաններում, իրեն պատկանող «Վազ-2107» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի կցորդիչը բարձրացնելու ժամանակ, կցորդիչի տակ գտնվող նռնակի պայթելու հետևանքով:
Հաղորդման հիման վրա նյութերի նախապատրաստմամբ պարզվել են դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ:
Մասնավորապես՝ տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը, 61-ամյա տղամարդուն դիտավորությամբ կյանքից զրկելու նպատակով, 2021թ. մարտի 5-8-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում քննությամբ դեռևս չպարզված տեսակի նռնակ է տեղադրել ավտոմեքենայի կցորդիչի առջևի լծակին, որը պայթել է «Վազ-2107» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի հետնամասին միացնելու ընթացքում:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Վայոց ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի (սպանության փորձ) 1-ին մասով և 235-րդ հոդվածի (ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելը, իրացնելը, պահելը, փոխադրելը կամ կրելը) 1-ին մասով:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել են մի շարք քննչական գործողություններ, այդ թվում՝ հարցաքննություններ, դեպքի վայրի զննություն, առգրավվել է տուժողի հագին դեպքի պահին եղած հագուստները, վերցվել փորձանմուշներ, քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական և դատապայթյունատեխնիկական փորձաքննություններ, դեպքի բոլոր հանգամաները պարզելու նպատակով հանձնարարություններ են տրվել հետաքննության մարմնին:
Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ ցուցմունքներում մատնանշված հանգամանքներն ստուգելու, ռազմամթերք հանդիսացող նռնակի ձեռք բերման աղբյուրը, հանգամանքները, ինչպես նաև՝ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը պարզելու, նրան հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
