Գերիների վերադարձի հարցը ՄԻՊ-ը ներկայացրել է ՄԹ պաշտոնյաների մասնակցությամբ քննարկմանը
SOCIETYՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը մարտի 8-ին հատուկ զեկուցումով է հանդես եկել Միացյալ Թագավորության Հայ Դատի հանձնախմբի կազմակերպած քննարկմանը՝ ներկայացնելով Ադրբեջանում պահվող հայկական կողմի գերիների՝ զինծառայողների ու քաղաքացիական անձանց վերադարձի հրատապության հարցը:
Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են Հայաստանում Մեծ Բրիտանիայի դեսպան Ջոն Գալագերը, ՄԹ խորհրդարանի բոլորը կուսակցությունները ներկայացնող Հայաստանի հետ բարեկամության խորհրդարանական խմբի նախագահ Թիմ Լոութոնը և այլք։
Արման Թաթոյանը նշել է, որ ադրբեջանական իշխանություններն արհեստական ձգձգում, քաղաքականացնում են գործընթացը՝ հայ հասարակությանն ու հատկապես գերիների ընտանիքներին հոգեկան տառապանքներ պատճառելու ու երկրում լարվածություն առաջացնելու նպատակով:
Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը մանրամասն ներկայացրել է մարդասիրական ու մարդու իրավունքների ոլորտի միջազգային այն կանոնները, որոնք պահանջում են գերիների անհապաղ ազատ արձակում ու անվտանգ վերադարձ: Ընդ որում, միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի ու գերիների իրավունքների կոպիտ խախտում է նրանց իբրև «ահաբեկիչներ» ներկայացնելը, քանի որ խոսքը գնում է շարունակվող զինված հակամարտության մասին:
Պաշտպանը նաև ներկայացրել է տեղեկություններ 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբեր-նոյեմբեր ամիսներին պատերազմի ընթացքում ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից կատարված պատերազմական ու մարդկության դեմ ուղղված հանցանքների (գլխատումներ, խոշտանգումներ, մարմինների անարգանք և այլն) մասին:
Անդրադառնալով Հայաստանի սահմանների հետ կապված գործընթացին՝ Արման Թաթոյանը ներկայացրել է իր նոր հայեցակարգը, համաձայն որի՝ Սյունիքում մարդկանց անվտանգության երաշխավորման նպատակով պետք է ստեղծվի ապառազմականացված անվտանգության գոտի։ Նա ներկայացրել է կոնկրետ ապացույցներ, փաստեր, որոնց վրա հիմնված է այս նոր մոտեցումը:
«Սահմանների հետ կապված գործընթացը խախտել, ինչպես նաև լրջորեն վտանգել է ՀՀ սահմանային բնակիչների իրավունքները, խաթարել է նրանց բնականոն կյանքը և շարունակում է անհանգստություն պատճառել գյուղերի բնակիչներին»,- մանրամասնել է Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը։
