BLOGՎարչապետի աշխատակազմը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որտեղ հղում կատարելով մի շարք հանգամանքների, օրենքի նշում է, որ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ պետը համարվում է պաշտոնից ազատված: Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է Արցախի նախագահի նախկին խոսնակ Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը:
Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Վարչապետը ոչ վստահ քայլեր է ձեռնարկում մեր պետականության հիմնական եւ դեռ կանգուն մնացած հիմնասյանը տապալելու համար, այլ բան է, որ գեներալ Գասպարյանը, մեղմ ասած, համաձայն չլինելով այս որոշմանը ազգային, օրենսդրական, քաղաքական, բարոյական տեսանկյունից, մտադիր չէ նահանջել եւ հեռանալ։
Արդյո՞ք կարող է վարչապետն ակնկալել, որ առանց լուրջ զիջումների ԳՇ պետը կհեռանա՝ իհարկե ոչ։
Նույնիսկ եթե փորձեն նոր ԳՇ պետ նշանակել, ապա շտաբը նրան այնքան ժամանակ չի ենթարկվի, քանի նրանց այդ մասին չի հորդորել Օնիկ Գասպարյանը։
Չգիտեմ, թե արդյո՞ք իշխանությունը որեւէ զինվորականի խնդրելով, ստիպելով, պայմանավորվելով, միգուցե կոմպրոմատներով կստիպի այդ պաշտոնը ստանձնել, բայց փաստ է, որ այդպիսի դեմքը չի կարող վայելել բանակի հեղինակությունը եւ պարզ ասած ենթարկվել նրա հրամաններին։
Մարդկային լեզվով ասած, իշխանության ընտրած ճանապարհը բանակը, պետությունը փլուզման տանող ճանապարհն է, ինչի դեմը պետք է առնեն այս ամենը գիտակցող կառույցները, գործիչները եւ հավաքական առումով՝ ազգը։
