Խաչիկ Ասրյանի կոչի արձագանքները. Պե՞տք է արդյոք հրաժարվել ամերիկյան դրամաշնորհի գայթակղությունից

«Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ Խաչիկ Ասրյանը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է, որ պետք է հրաժարվել ամերիկյան դրամաշնորհի գայթակղությունից, քանի որ սույն թվականի մարտի 4-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ ամերիկյան արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունը՝ Պետդեպարտամենտը, պատրաստվում է շարունակել Հայաստանում իր ազդեցության գործակալների խրախուսման և նոր ազդեցության գործակալների ցանց ստեղծելու աշխատանքն, ու, այդ նպատակով, հատկացվում են միլիոնավոր դոլարներ:  Բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր հավատարմորեն կծառայեն հայ-ամերիկյան հարաբերությունների սերտացմանը, այսինքն՝ Հայաստանում կծառայեն Ամերիկայի շահերի սպասարկմանը, Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան կողմից կստանան դրամաշնորհ՝ մինչև 150 հազար դոլարի չափով:

Ֆեյսբուքյան օգտատերերը այս հայտարարությունը անարձագանք չեն թողել։ 

Օրինակ, ֆեյսբուքյան օգտատեր Արմինե Յարալյանը գրել է․ «միանշանակ ճիշտ եք, եթե համագործակցել, ապա միայն Ռուսաստանի հետ», մյուս օգտատերը՝ Անահիտ Վանյանն էլ գտնում է, որ Հայաստանն արդեն անդունդի եզրին է և ժամանակն է արդեն հանուն հայրենիքի գործելու. «Մեր պետականությունը արդեն երերում է անդունդի եզրին, եկեք բոլորս ապրենք և գործենք հանուն մեր Հայրենիքի գոյատևման»։

Կան օգտատերեր, որ գտնում են, որ այս  նախագիծը իր մեջ կոռուպցիա է պարունակում և նախագծից օգտվողը միայն կարող է «թուրք»-ը լինել։ Մարինա Ասրյանը գրել է․ «Սրանից վտանգավոր կոռուպցիա չկա, երբ նժարին ազգ ու Հայրենիք է դրված, մարդ ինչքան «թուրք» պետք է լինի կամ տհաս, որ այդ աստիճանի կաշառվի»:

Ըստ ֆեյսբուքյան օգտատեր Արշակ Դուրյանի՝ իրավիճակը արդեն աբսուրդային է․ «Ինչ են ճիշտ արել, որ մի հատ էլ հասկանան, որ պետք է հրաժարվեն, սա արդեն աբսուրդային է»,- գրել է օգտատերը։ Մյուս օգտատեր Անն Մկրտչյանն էլ գրել է, որ համամիտ է Խաչիկ Ասրյանի կարծիքի հետ և գտնում է, որ մենք միայն Ռուսաստանի հետ պետք է լավ հարաբերություններ ունենանք։  Տաթև Մինասյանն էլ կարևորում է սերունդների կարծիքը, օգտատերը գրել է․ «Թույլ մի տվեք, որ սերունդները ձեր անունը հիշեն նզովքով ու արհամարհանքով. սրանց միայն տենց են հիշելու, պարոն Ասրյան»։ Ֆեյսբուքյան մեկ այլ օգտատեր՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանը, կարծում է, որ գոնե մեկ անգամ պետք է լսել շրջահայաց մարդու խորհուրդները․ «Գոնե մի անգամ լսեն շրջահայաց մարդու խորհուրդը, պետք է հրաժարվեն, այլ տարբերակ չկա»։ Իսկ Նանե Նորիկյանը կարծում է, որ եվրոպամետ և ամերիկամետ կարծիքների հետևանքով է, որ այսօր ունենք այն, ինչ ունենք։  

Այս նյութի  վերաբերյալ մեկնաբանություններն ուսումնասիրելով՝ պարզ է դառնում, որ հասարակության մեծ մասը համակարծիք է Խաչիկ Ասրյանի հետ, քանի որ դրական է արձագանքել հայտարարությանը։ Ինչպես նաև տեսանելի է, որ մեկնաբանություններ գրողների մեծամասնությունը դեմ է Ամերիկայի ու Եվրոպայի հետ համագործակցություններին՝ գտնելով, որ միակ ուղին ծրագրից հրաժարվելն է և Ռուսաստանի հետ համագործակցելը։
