«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Տնտեսագետներն անընդհատ ահազանգում են, որ Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը շարունակաբար գահավիժում է, գներն անընդմեջ աճում են, մարդկանց եկամուտները ոչ միայն չեն ավելանում, այլև նվազում են: Հայաստանի գործատուների միության նախագահ Գագիկ Մակարյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նշում է, որ մեր տնտեսության աճը նաև ներառականության խնդիր ունի. «Տնտեսական աճը պետք է այնպիսին լինի, որ աղքատության, գործազրկության ու սոցիալական հարցերը կարողանա լուծել: Հիմա այդ խնդիրները շատ սրված են, որովհետև ավելացել է աղքատների թիվը: Մեր հաշվարկով այն գերազանցում է 30 տոկոսը»: Մակարյանի համոզմամբ, ընդհանուր դեֆիցիտն ու թանկացումը, բնականաբար, կսրի աղքատությունը:
«Հիշեցնեմ, որ նոր մեթոդոլոգիաներով ՀՀ-ում 53 հազար դրամից ավելի ստացող մարդիկ աղքատ չեն համարվում, 35 հազար ստացողները միջին աղքատության խմբում են, իսկ նրանք, ովքեր 22 հազար են ստանում, խոր աղքատության մեջ են գտնվում: Հիմա նաև սա է սրվում՝ նրանց գնողունակությունը փոխվում է այդ գումարների դիմաց: Հետևաբար, բացի աղքատության ավելացումից, կավելանա նաև խոր աղքատությունը»,- ասում է նա: «Իրազեկ և պաշտպանված սպառող» ՀԿ-ի նախագահ Բաբկեն Պիպոյանն էլ մեզ հետ զրույցում նշում է, որ կյանքը թանկացել է, բայց քաղաքացիների եկամուտները չեն ավելացել, հատկապես սոցիալապես անապահով խավինը: «Լավ, այս մարդիկ ի՞նչ անեն: Որևէ հայեցակարգ, օժանդակության լրացուցիչ ծրագիր, որը պայմանավորված է այս վիճակով, չկա»,- նշում է Պիպոյանը:
«Սպառողների խորհրդատվության կենտրոն» ՀԿ նախագահ Կարեն Չիլինգարյանն էլ է կարծում, որ մեր երկրում շատ քիչ են այն քաղաքացիները, որոնք ֆինանսական խնդիրներ չունեն: «Հիմնական մասն ունի սոցիալական խնդիրներ, և բնական է, որ գնաճը չի կարող անհետևանք լինել իրենց համար: Այս խնդիրներով պետք է զբաղվեն պատկան մարմինները, որոնք ստեղծված են դրա համար: Բայց այս պահին տպավորություն է, թե անգործություն է, տպավորություն է, թե նախարարությունների և տարբեր գերատեսչությունների աշխատակիցներն էլ չգիտեն՝ ի վերջո, ի՞նչ է լինելու»,- «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասաց Չիլինգարյանը:
