ՌԴ-ի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցները Հայաստանին թույլ չեն տալիս լիարժեք օգտվել ԵԱՏՄ հնարավորություններից. պատգամավոր

Արևմուտքի կողմից Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցները թույլ չեն տալիս, որ Հայաստանը լիարժեք օգտվի Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամակցությունից: Ազգային ժողովում «Ավելացված արժեքի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ նման կարծիք հայտնեց հարակից զեկուցող, ԱԺ տնտեսական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի տե ղակալ Միքայել Մելքումյանը՝ պատասխանելով «Ժառանգություն» խմբակցության ղեկավար Զարուհի Փոստանջյանի հարցին:
«Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանն անդամակցելուց հետո մեր առջև բացվել է 183 միլիոնանոց շուկա: Մենք կարողանո՞ւմ ենք հիմա օգտվել դրանից, թե ոչ: Ցավոք սրտի, Արևմուտքի կողմից Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցները հանգեցրին նրան, որ Ռուսաստանում տեղի են ունենում գործընթացներ, որոնք թույլ չեն տալիս լիարժեք օգտվել այդ հնարավորությունից: Այդ պատժամիջոցների արդյունքում ռուսական ռուբլին արժեզրկվեց 82 տոկոսով, իսկ նավթի գները շարունակում են անկում ապրել: Այս ամենը հանգեցրել է նրան, որ Ռուսաստանի հետ մեր առևտրաշրջանառությունը նվազել է, իսկ Ռուսաստանն այս ոլորտում մեր կարևորագույն գործընկերներից մեկն է»,- նշեց Մելքումյանը:
Պատգամավորը նաև ընդգծեց, որ այդ ամենի արդյունքում նվազել է նաև Ռուսասան արտահանման ծավալները, քանի որ արտահանողների համար ձեռնտու չէ: «Ցավոք սրտի, Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը մեր անդամակցությունը համընկել է այդ պատժամիջոցների հետ: Ես առաջարկում եմ կառավարությանը ռուսական ռուբլիով վարկեր ապահովել, քանի որ եթե արտահանողը ռուսական ռուբլի է ունենում և դրանով է իրականացնում արտահանումը, կորուստներն այդ դեպքում քիչ են լինում»,- ասաց Մելքումյանը:
