Ни одна маска не обеспечивает 100%-ной защиты от вирусов, утверждают эксперты Роскачества, которые совместно с Федеральным медико-биологическим агентством (ФМБА России) исследовали основные типы масок, продающиеся в магазинах и аптеках.

Как рассказывает Rg.ru, специалисты изучили лицевые (одноразовые и многоразовые) маски и средства индивидуальной защиты (респираторы FFP2) 14 торговых марок, 9 из которых произведены в России, 5 – в Китае.

Все маски соответствали обязательным требованиям безопасности и не содержали формальдегида, ацетона, метанола и других химических веществ. Они не оказывали раздражающее действие на кожные покровы.

По словам специалистов, при выборе маски лучше не ориентироваться на материал, из которого она сделана, так как эффективность больше зависит от сборки, расположения слоев и плотности ткани.

При этом, ученые обратили внимание, чро тканевые маски показали низкую эффективность фильтрации. Поэтому ни одна из них не рекомендована к использованию.

Испытание с 7 микроорганизмами, включая стафилококк (Staphylococcus aureus 906), который по своей форме и образу действия напоминает аэрозольные капли, через которые распространяется COVID-19, прошли нетканевые многоразовые маски трех производителей и еще одного производителя, который производит одноразовые трехслойные медицинские маски.

Чтобы разобраться, защищает ли маска от вирусов, которые по размерам меньше бактерий в среднем в 50 раз, специалисты Роскачества использовали раствор полиовируса (вирус полиоэмелита), который по размерам идентичен коронавирусу. Раствор наносили на фрагмент маски и под давлением пропускали сквозь все слои.

Эксперимент показал, что все маски пропускают вирусы, и ни одна не гарантирует 100%-ной защиты. Лучшие результаты показала одна нетканевая многоразовая маска, которая, как оказалось, пропускает до 56,2% вирусов. Худший результат показала маска-респиратор KN95 FFP2 с клапаном – его «пропускная способность» составила 97,11%, то есть такая маска задерживает лишь менее 3% вирусов.
