Ամռան 7 լավագույն դիետաները

Woman’s Day կայքը ներկայացնում է ամռան համար նախատեսված ամենահարմարավետ և ախորժալի դիետաները:
1.Ձմերուկի դիետա: Օրվա ընթացքում 5-6 անգամ պետք է ուտել ձմերուկ: Նման դիետան պետք է պահել 5 օր:
2.Բանջարեղենային դիետա: Խորհուրդ է տրվում քիչ չափաբաժիններով ուտել օրական 5 անգամ: Բանջարեղենները կարելի է պատրաստել ցանկացած կերպ` ներառյալ յուղով տապակելը և աղցաններ պատրաստելը:
3.«Լուսակիր» դիետա: Շաբաթական 3 օր պետք է ուտել միայն որոշակի գույնի ուտելիքներ:
4.Հյութի դիետա: Երկու օրվա ընթացքում պետք է ուտելը փոխարինել բնական հյութերով: Կարելի է խմել տարատեսակ հյութեր:
5.Արքայախնձորա-սպիտակուցային դիետա: Խորհուրդ է տրվում օգտագործել արքայախնձոր, սնկեր, միս, ոչ քաղցր մրգեր ու բանջարեղեններ:
6.Հատապտղային դիետա: Խորհուրդ է տրվում օգտագործել հատապտուղներ, առանց յուղի կաթնաշոռ, միս, ձուկ, մրգեր, բանջարեղեն, կանաչեղեն, բանջարեղենային ապուրներ, կանաչ և խոտաբույսերից բաղկացած թեյեր:
7.Աղցանների դիետա: Առաջին շաբաթվա ընթացքում պետք է սնվել բացառապես թարմ բանջարեղեններից ու մրգերից բաղկացած աղցաններով: Երկրորդ շաբաթ ճաշին 100 գրամ միս կարելի է օգտագործել: Աղցանների չափաբաժինները քիչ պետք է լինեն:
