Ինչո՞ւ է «Պատրոն Դավոն» դատի տվել «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանին.«Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
«Royalsys Engineering» ընկերության խորհրդի նախագահ, զենքի առևտրով զբաղվող Դավիթ Գալստյանը (ով առավել հայտնի է «Պատրոն Դավո» մականունով) դատի է տվել «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանին և ռադիոկայանի հայկական ծառայության տնօրեն Հրայր Թամրազյանին: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք «Դատալեքս» դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից: Հայցը մուտքագրվել է մարտի 9-ին և մակագրվել Երևան քաղաքի դատարանի դատավոր Ավագ Գաբրիել յանին: Գալստյանը պահանջում է պատվին, արժանապատվությանը պատճառված վնասի հատուցում և զրպարտություն համարվող փաստական տվյալների հրապարակայնորեն հերքում:
Հայցի հետ կապված այլ մանրամասներ չեն նշվում, սակայն, «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, խոսքը վերաբերում է նրան, որ «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանը և վերջինիս տնօրենը պարբերաբար Դավիթ Գալստյանին ներկայացրել են որպես ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի խորհրդական: Չնայած վերջինս ոչ մեկ անգամ հերքել է՝ նշելով, որ ինքը «երբևէ չի հանդիսացել որևէ նախարարի խորհրդական, երբեք չի զբաղեցրել որևէ պաշտոն ինչպես ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունում, այնպես էլ պետական այլ գերատեսչություններում», այդուամենայնիվ, ռադիոկայանը շարունակել է նրան այդպես ներկայացնել: Ըստ այդմ, Դավիթ Գալստյանը որոշել է դիմել դատարան:
