tsargrad.tv-ն «Հե՜յ, տղա՛, ուզու՞մ ես գնալ Ամերիկա. Սորոսի հիմնադրամի աշխատակիցը գաղտնազերծել է հավաքագրման սխեման Ռուսաստանում և Հայաստանում» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ RIA FANի հատուկ թղթակից Աբբաս Ջուման զրուցել է Սորոսի հիմնադրամի մի աշխատակցի հետ, որը ներսից գիտի «ժողովրդավարության համար պայքարողների» ներքին «խոհանոցը»: Զրուցակցի անունը չի հրապարակվել, նա համաձայնել է բացահայտումների՝ լիակատար անանունության պայմանով: Բայց նա, ինչպես ասում են, սեղանին է դրել ապագա «սորոսականի» ուսուցման ամբողջ սխեման: Մասնավորապես, նա խոսել է այն մասին, թե ինչպես են պատանիներին հրապուրում Միացյալ Նահանգներ, իսկ հետո, փաստացի, հավաքագրում «ժողովրդավարության համար պայքարողների» շարքերում:

«Սորոսականներ» հավաքագրողները աշխատում են պարզ սխեմայով. նրանք առաջարկում են 15-ամյա երեխաներին «մարզերից», որոնք նախկինում երբեք չեն եղել արտերկրում, անգլերեն սովորել Ամերիկայում և նույնիսկ ապրել ամերիկացի ընտանիքի հետ: «Մեկը գալիս է ձեզ մոտ և ասում. «Եթե հանձնեք անգլերեն լեզվի թեստը, կկարողանաք սովորել այն նահանգում, որը տեսել եք ֆիլմերում»», - որպես հավաքագրման սխեմայի օրինակ է բերել աղբյուրը: Իրականում կարևոր է իմանալ լեզուն, որպեսզի ուսանողին կարողանան անգլերեն բացատրել ամեն ինչ, և կարևոր է նաև, թե ինչ ընտանիքում է պատանին մեծանում, նրա համար պետք է ԱՄՆ-ում գտնել առավել հարմարավետ «ընդունարան»: Փաստորեն, Սորոսի հավաքագրողներին անհրաժեշտ է 15-16 տարեկան «մաքուր թուղթ»: Դա այն տարիքն է, երբ ամենահեշտն է «ձուլել» ապագա «ազատության և ժողովրդավարության մարտիկին»: «Իսկ տպավորությունները մարդու հետ մնում են ցմահ: Դա նույնպես արվում է դիտավորյալ»,- ընդգծել է զրուցակիցը:
