ՀԱՅ-ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆ
1823- Կարինում կնքվել է թուրք-պարսկական հաշտության պայմանագիր, որով Բայազետ քաղաքը կրկին վերադարձվել է Թուրքիային:
1897- ծնվել է Եղիշե Չարենցը։
1908- վարարած Գետառը մեծ վնասներ է գործել Երևանում։
1913- ծնվել է արձակագիր, թարգմանիչ Պարույր Ջոթյանը։
1955 –վախճանվել է բանասեր, պատմաբան, մանկավարժ, հասարակական–քաղաքական գործիչ Արտաշես Աբեղյանը։
1959 - վախճանվել է մաթեմատիկոս Աշոտ Տեր-Մկրտչյանը։
1993 - վախճանվել է ճարտարապետ Սասուն Գրիգորյանը։
2006- «Ա1+»-ը վտարվել է զբաղեցրած տարածքից՝ պատճառաբանությամբ, որ Ազգային ակադեմիան տեղավորելու տեղ չունի Լեզվի ինստիտուտին։
2008-Նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը փոփոխություններ է կատարել արտակարգ դրություն հայտարարելու մասին մարտի 1-ի իր հրամանագրում, որոնք վերաբերել են լրատվամիջոցների գործունեության սահմանափակումներին: - ԱԱԾ-ի կողմից հայտնաբերվել և ձերբակալվել է հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող Սասուն Միքայել յանը:
2013- Երևանի Երիտասարդական մետրոյի գետնանցումում գտնվող գրքի շուկան փակվել է գետնանցման վերանորոգման պատճառով։
2019-Քաղաքապետարանը սկսել է Օպերայի հարակից տարածքում գործող սրճարանների ապամոնտաժման աշխատանքները, ինչը դրանց աշխատակիցների բողոքի պատճառ է դարձել:
ԱՇԽԱՐՀ
1719 -վախճանվել է գերմանացի ալքիմիկոս Իոհանն Ֆրիդրիխ Բյոտտգերը, որը հայտնագործել է ճենապակու գաղտնիքը։
1720 -ծնվել է շվեյցարացի բնախույզ և փիլիսոփա Շարլ Բոննեն, որը հայտնագործել է պարտենոգենեզի երևույթը։
1733 -ծնվել է անգլիացի հոգևորական, փիլիսոփա-մատերիալիստ և քիմիկոս Ժոզեֆ Պրիստլին, որը հայտնագործել է թթվածինը և ամոնիակը։
1781- Ուիլիամ Հերշելը հայտնաբերել է Ուրան մոլորակը։
1797- Փարիզի «Ֆեյդո» թատրոնում տեղի է ունեցել «Մեդեա» օպերայի պրեմիերան։
1852 -նյույորքյան «NY Lantern Weekly» թերթը առաջին անգամ հրատարակել է Քեռի Սեմի պատկերը։
1881 - Պետերբուրգի Եկատերինյան ջրանցքի մոտ նետված ռումբից մահացու վիրավորվել է Ռուսաստանի ցար Ալեքսանդր 2-րդը։ Ռումբը նետել էր նարոդովոլցի Իգնատի Գրինևիցկին։
1900 - ծնվել է հույն նշանավոր բանաստեղծ Յորգոս Սեֆերիսը։
1913 –ծնվել է ռուս գրող Սերգեյ Միխալկովը։
1917 -Պետերբուրգում լույս է տեսել «Պետերբուրգի բանվորների և զինվորների դեպուտատների նորություններ» թերթի առաջին համարը (ներկայումս՝ «Известия»)։
1920 -Մուրմանսկը Կարմիր բանակի կողմից ազատագրվել է սպիտակգվարդիականներից և ամերիկա-անգլիական ինտերվենտներից։
1921- Մոնղոլիան (նախկինում Արտաքին Մոնղոլիա) հայտարարել է իր անկախությունը Չինաստանից։
1925 -ԱՄՆ-ի Թեննեսի նահանգում արգելվել է դասավանդել էվոլուցիայի տեսություն։
1938 -ԽՍՀՄ-ում ռուսաց լեզուն դարձել է դպրոցական ծրագրի պարտադիր առարկա։
1940 -խորհրդային զորքերը մտել են Վիբորգ, ավարտվել է խորհրդա-ֆիննական պատերազմը։
1954 -ստեղծվել է ԽՍՀՄ-ի պետական անվտանգության կոմիտեն՝ ՊԱԿ-ը։
1967 - ծնվել է կոլումբիացի ֆուտբոլիստ Անդրես Էսկոբարը, որի սպանության պատճառ է դարձել ինքնագոլը։
1979 -գործողության մեջ է մտել եվրոպական դրամական համակարգը։
1988-բացվել է ամենաերկար ստորջրյա թունելը՝ Սեյկանը (53,85 կմ, Ճապոնիա, Հոնսյու - Հոկայդո կղզիները կապող)։
1989- Միջուկային հետազոտությունների եվրոպական կազմակերպության աշխատակից Թիմ Բեռներս-Լին և իր գործընկերները հիմնել են «համաշխարհային սարդոստայնը» (www)։
2004- Նյու Յորքի «Մետրոպոլիտեն օպերայի» բեմում հանրահայտ տենոր երգիչ Լուչիանո Պավարոտին տվել է իր հրաժեշտի համերգը։
