Երեկ՝ մարտի 12-ին, կրակոցներ են հնչել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Այս մասին հայտնում է SHAMSHYAN.com-ը:

Ժամը 21։00-ի սահմաններում ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհի 10-րդ կմ-ին՝ «Հին Թաղեր» ռեստորանային համալիրում վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել, որի ժամանակ հնչել են կրակոցներ։ Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ժամանել են ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության պետ Արթուր Զոհրաբյանը, ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնի պետ Սարիբեկ Ռուստամյանը։

Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են, որ նույն օրը, ժամը 20։55ի սահմաններում նշված ռեստորանում հաճախորդների միջև վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել, որի ժամանակ էլ 1 հոգի իր մոտ եղած ինքնաձիգից անկանոն կրակոցներ է արձակել, ապա դիմել փախուստի։ Մինչ դեպքի վայրում աշխատում էին ոստիկանները, Կոտայքի քննչական խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Գ. Մաթևոսյանի և ՀԿԳ ավագ քննիչ Տիգրան Բաղյանի գլխավորությամբ պարզել են, որ վիճաբանության ժամանակ Կոտայքի մարզի Սոլակ գյուղի բնակիչ՝ 32-ամյա Էդգար Հունանյանը իր մոտ եղած ինքնաձիգից կրակոցներ է արձակել, ապա Mercedes G 500 մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով դիմել փախուստի։

Քննչական խումբը պարզել է, որ «յաշիկը» եղել է 41 PR 004 համարանիշի, որից հետո հայտնաբերվել է «յաշիկը» ու քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում, որը տևել է մի քանի ժամ, հաջողվել է հասնել նրան, որ Է. Հունանյանը ներկայացրել է ինքնաձիգն ու 2 փամփուշտատուփ։  Փամփուշտատուփերի մեջ եղել են մեծ թվով փամփուշտներ։ Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել է 4 հատ պարկուճ, 1 փամփուշտ։ Փաստի առթիվ Տ. Բաղյանի որոշմամբ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր. օր-ի 258 հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի և 235 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով։

Քննիչի որոշմամբ Է. Հունանյանը ձերբակալվել է։ Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ նա աշխատում է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության  ռազմական ոստիկանության Գեղարքունիքի մարզային վարչության Մարտունու բաժնի Սևանի հենակետի պետ, կոչումով կապիտան է։ Քննիչի հանձնարարականով էլ «յաշիկը» տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք։
