Иммунитет к коронавирусу после вакцинации препаратом «ЭпиВакКорона» вырабатывается на 42-й день после первой инъекции. Об этом сообщила глава Роспотребнадзора Анна Попова.

«Она [«ЭпиВакКорона»] позволяет вырабатывать иммунитет достаточно эффективный и стойкий, но она вырабатывает его, стимулирует выработку достаточно медленно. То есть мы говорим о том, что защитный иммунитет будет после 40–42 дней от первой вакцинации», — сказала Попова.

Как сообщает Rbc.ru, этой вакциной в России уже привито более 20 000 человек. Никаких побочных реакций, кроме болезненности в месте укола, зафиксировано не было.

Напомним, что вакцину «ЭпиВакКорона» разработал Государственный научный центр вирусологии и биотехнологии «Вектор» Роспотребнадзора. Ее зарегистрировали в России в октябре 2020 года. В «Векторе» сообщали, что их вакцина формирует иммунитет к коронавирусу минимум на полгода. При этом состав препарата не несет никаких ограничений для повторного применения.
