Լոս Անջելեսը նոյեմբերի 9-ը հռչակել է Արցախի դեմ Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիայի զոհերի հիշատակի օր
POLITICSԼոս Անջելեսի քաղաքային խորհուրդը միաձայն կերպով ընդունել է բանաձև, որով իր աջակցությունն է հայտնում Արցախի Հանրապետության բնակչությանը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է Massis Post-ը, բանաձևը ներկայացրել են խորհրդի անդամներ Փոլ Կրեկորյանն ու Միտչ Օ՛Ֆարելը:
Բանաձևում նշվում է, որ Լոս Անջելես քաղաքը մշտապես աջակցել է Արցախի բնակչությանը, որոնք «էթնիկ և մշակութային տեսանկյունից հայեր են և բնիկ են տվյալ տարածաշրջանում և որոնք համարձակորեն իրենց անկախությունը հռչակեցին Խորհրդային Միությունից և Ադրբեջանի Խորհրդային Հանրապետությունից շուրջ 30 տարի առաջ ու դրանից հետո ժողովրդավարական ինքնակառավարում էին իրականացնում»:
Բանաձևն անդրադարձ է կատարել 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերին ադրբեջանական կողմի սանձազերծած պատերազմին՝ նշելով. «2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27-ին Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը սանձազերծեցին լայնածավալ հարձակում Արցախի Հանրապետության նկատմամբ՝ կոորդինացնելով գործողությունները Թուրքիայի հետ և ստանալով նրա աջակցությունը՝ այդպիսով ամբողջովին զրոյացնելով 30 տարվա հրադադարն ու վերսկսելով լայնամասշտաբ պատերազմ: Դրա նպատակն էր ոչնչացնել և էթնիկ զտման ենթարկել բնիկ հայ բնակչությանն ու ուժի միջոցով նվաճել Արցախի անկախ Հանրապետությունը»:
Ընդգծվում է, որ Ադրբեջանը մտադրված կերպով թիրախավորել է Արցախում քաղաքացիական բնակչությանը՝ օգտագործելով ծանր զենքեր, այդ թվում` անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր, հրթիռներ և ծանր հրետանի, ինչը հանգեցրել է ավերածությունների, զոհերի և մեծ թվով արցախցիների տեղահանության:
«Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը և դրա վարձած ահաբեկիչները սարսափելի պատերազմական հանցանքներ ու կոտորածներ են իրականացրել, այդ թվում՝ քաղաքացիական անձանց և ռազմագերիների սպանություններ, խոշտանգումներ, անդամահատումներ»,- նշել են Լոս Անջելեսի քաղաքային խորհրդի անդամները: Նրանք արձանագրել են նաև, որ բռնի ներխուժման ողջ ընթացքում Ադրբեջանն ահաբեկել է քաղաքացիական բնակչությանը՝ օգտագործելով միջազգայնորեն արգելված զինատեսակներ՝ կլաստերային ռումբեր և սպիտակ ֆոսֆոր:
«Այս բանաձևի ընդունմամբ՝ Լոս Անջելես քաղաքը հարգում և սգում է այս հարձակմանը զոհ դարձած հազարավոր անձանց մահը և 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ը հռչակում է Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիայի հիշատակի և ոգեկոչման օր»,- ասվում է բանաձևում:
Քաղաքային խորհրդի անդամները որոշել են՝ քանի որ Շուշի քաղաքն այժմ անօրինական կերպով վերահսկվում է Ադրբեջանի կողմից, իրենք ժամանակավոր կասեցնում են Շուշիի հետ «բարեկամ քաղաք»-ի կարգավիճակը: Նրանք խոստացել են վերականգնել կարգավիճակը, երբ քաղաքը կրկին ազատ կլինի ադրբեջանական նվաճումից
