Ի՞նչ իրավական հիմքով է Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը երթևեկում օպերատիվ համարներով

Այս տարվա փետրվարի 11-ին 168.am-ը հրապարակում էր կատարել այն մասին, որ ԱԺ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, Ազգային ժողովի Պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը, հասկանալի չէր, թե ինչու, գտնվում է «Գառնի Լեռ» գիտաարտադրական միավորում և «Արսենալ» ռազմաարդյունաբերական նորաստեղծ գործարանում:
Հրապարակել էինք նաև վերջինիս պետական ծառայողական ավտոմեքենան՝ 014 HH 01 պետհամարանիշներով:
Այսօր տեղեկություն ստացանք այն մասին, որ, փաստորեն, մեր հրապարակումից հետո, ըստ ամենայնի, Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը փոխել է ավտոմեքենայի համարանիշները:
Այժմ նա երթևեկում է 36 VV 355 պետհամարանիշներով մեքենայով:
Բանն այն է, որ մեր տեղեկություններով՝ այս համարանիշն օպերատիվ պետհամարանիշ է, իսկ դա ենթադրում է՝ բառի բուն իմաստով անխափան երթևեկություն. կարող ես արագ վարել, հոծ գիծ հատել, երկրորդ շարքով կանգնել, մի խոսքով՝ ինչ ճանապարհատրանսպորտային կանոնների խախտում ուզես, կարող ես անել. միևնույն է, չես տուգանվում: Տեսախցիկներն օպերատիվ պետհամարանիշների խախտումները չեն գրանցում:
Թե ո՞րն է Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանին օպերատիվ պետհամարանիշներ տալու իրավական հիմքը, հայտնի չէ, քանի որ այդպիսին պարզապես չկա:
