Сообщение адвоката Амрама Макиняна о преступлении, совершенном помощником Никола Пашиняна, Анной Вардапетян, и следователем Артуром Айвазяном, а также публикация 168.am, переданы в СНБ. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба СНБ.

На основании поступившего в прокуратуру сообщения подготавливаются материалы.

Напомним, что 10 марта 168. am опубликовал видеоматериал о том, что советник Никола Пашиняна по правовым вопросам Анна Вардапетян вмешивается в предварительное следствие по уголовным делам, возбужденным в отношении предпринимателя, экс-президента федерации футбола Армении Рубена Айрапетяна и его сына Рафика Айрапетяна, делая исправления в материалы дел и, по сути, инструктирует основных действующих лиц.

Обнародованы факты о том, что следователь по делу Артур Айвазян, начальник отдела уголовной полиции Рубен Давтян посредством электронной переписки получают поручения от Анны Вардапетян по конкретным решениям, в частности, по части вовлечения Рубена Айрапетяна и его сына Рафика Айрапетяна в качестве обвиняемых.

Адвокат Амрам Макинян представил в прокуратуру сообщение о совершении ряда явных преступлений Анной Вардапетян и следователем Артуром Айвазяном, 

В ответ на запрос Новости Армении - NEWS.am в Следственном комитете сообщили, что следователь по особо важным делам Артур Айвазян представил генпрокурору рапорт о том, что некто получил незаконный доступ к личной электронной почте и скачал информацию.
