Ինչով կարող են պայմանավորված լինել հաճախակի ի հայտ եկող կապտուկները

Կապտուկների առաջացման հիմնական պատճառը մաշկի տակ գտնվող մանր արյունատար անոթների վնասվածքներն են, ինչը տեղի է ունենում տարբեր տրավմաների հետևանքով։ Նման վնասվածքների դեպքում արյունը կուտակվում է մաշկի տակ, ինչն էլ դառնում է բնորոշ կապտավուն երանգ ունեցող բծի առաջացման պատճառ։ 

Նման արդյունազեղումների առկայությունը լուրջ նվազվածքներից հետո համարվում է բնական գործընթաց, սակայն լինում են դեպքեր, երբ կապտուկներն ի հայտ են գալիս անգամ չնչին վնասվածքներից հետո կամ նույնիսկ առանց որևէ պատճառի, ինչն էլ դառնում է լուրջ անհանգստության պատճառ։ Այնուամենայնիվ մասնագետները նշում են, որ հաճախակի ի հայտ եկող կապտուկները ոչ միշտ են պայմանավորված լինում առողջական լուրջ խնդիրներով, ուստի անմիջապես խուճապի մատնվելու կարիք չկա։

Չափազանց բարակ մաշկ

Մաշկի բարակությունը կարող է լինել կապտուկների առաջացման հիմնական պատճառներից մեկը։ Այն կարող է պայմանավորված լինել գենետիկ առանձնահատկություններով կամ տարիքի հետ մաշկի պրկության ու առաձգականության համար պատասխանատու կոլագենի կորստով, ինչն էլ դառնում է մաշկի բարակացման պատճառ։

Ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթներով վնասված մաշկ

Կապտուկների պատճառ կարող են դառնալ անգամ արևի ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթները։ Բանն այն է, որ այս ճառագայթների ագրեսիվ ազդեցության հետևանքով մաշկը կորցնում է իր առաձգականությունն ու պրկությունը, ինչի հետևանքով կապտուկներն ավելի հաճախ են ի հայտ գալիս և ավելի ակնհայտ են լինում։

Որոշակի դեղորայքի ընդունում

Այնպիսի դեղամիջոցները, ինչպիսին են ասպիրինը, ստերոիդներն ու հակակոագուլյանտները, կարող են դանդաղեցնել արյան մակարդման գործընթացը, ինչի հետևանքով անգամ ամենաչնչին հարվածը կամ վնասվածքը կարող է հանգեցնել արյունատար անոթների վնասվածքների՝ դառնալով կապտուկների առաջացման պատճառ։ Ընդ որում՝ նման դեպքերում կապտուկները սովորականից շատ ավելի երկար են ապաքինվում։

Ծանրության բարձրացում

Կապտուկների առաջացման պատճառ կարող է հանդիսանալ նաև ծանրության բարձրացումը։ Ընդ որում՝ ծանրությունը կարող է չափազանց մեծ չլինել, սակայն հանգեցնել մկանային մանրաթելերում միկրոսկոպիկ վնասվածքների առաջացման, ինչն էլ կդրսևորվի կապտուկների տեսքով։

Ժառանգական նախատրամադրվածություն

Անոթների ընդհանուր վիճակն ու դրանց հատուկ առանձնահատկությունները մարդը ժառանգում է ծնողներից, ուստի հաճախակի ի հայտ եկով կապտուկները ևս կարող են պայմանավորված լինել ժառանգականությամբ։ Եթե ծնողներից որևէ մեկի մաշկին կապտուկները չափազանց հաճախ ու արագ են առաջանում, ապա մեծ է հավանականությունը, որ հետագայում այս խնդրին կարող են բախվել նաև երեխաները, ուստի ժառանգականության գործոնը ոչ մի դեպքում չի կարելի անտեսել։

Որոշակի հիվանդությունների առկայություն

Չափազանց արագ ու հաճախ ի հայտ եկող կապտուկները կարող են պայմանավորված լինել նաև որոշակի հիվանդություններով, այդ թվում նաև բավական լուրջ հիվանդություններով։ Նման ախտաբանությունների շարքին են դասվում արթրիտը, արյան մակարդելիության խանգարումը, լյարդի հիվանդությունները (անգամ լյարդի ցիռոզը) և նույնիսկ արյան քաղցկեղը՝ լեյկոզը։ Սա է պատճառը, որ նախկինում հաճախ ի հայտ եկող կապտուկների խնդրի հետ երբևէ չառընչված մարդը պետք է անհապաղ խորհրդակցի մասնագետի հետ անսպասելի նման խնդրի բախվելու դեպքում։
