«Իրականում՝ փորձելով իր օգտին լուծել ընթացիկ ճգնաժամը, զուգահեռ հարթությունում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հետևողականորեն անում է քայլեր, որոնք պայմանականորեն կարելի է դասել ռազմավարական բնույթի գործողությունների շարքին, և որոնց նպատակը սեփական իշխանության կերպի փոփոխությունն է․ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը գնում է դեպի դիկտատուրա, ինչի մասին են վկայում վերջին շրջանի նրա բազմաթիվ նախաձեռնություններ։

 

Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանին Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի (ԲԴԽ) անդամ դարձնելուց հետո իշխանությունն անցավ ԲԴԽ-ի նկատմամբ բացահայտ հարձակման․ նպատակը մեկն է՝ վերցնել դատական իշխանությունն ու տոտալ վերահսկողություն սահմանել այսօր անկախության որոշակի նշաններ ցույց տվող իշխանության այդ ճյուղի նկատմամբ։

 

Եթե հիշենք, որ անցած տարի կատարված հակասահմանադրական փոփոխությունների արդյունքում իշխանությունն արդեն տոտալ վերահսկողություն է հաստատել Սահմանադրական դատարանի նկատմամբ, պատկերն ավելի ամբողջական կդառնա։

 

Այսինքն՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ամբողջապես վերահսկելով օրենսդիր ու գործադիր իշխանությունները, ցանկանում է նույն վիճակը  հաստատել նաև դատական համակարգում։

 

Բովանդակային առումով սա ուղիղ դեպի դիկտատուրա տանող ճանապարհ է։ Այդ ճանապարհին նա փորձում է նաև վերացնել իշխանությանը քիչ թե շատ հակակշռող բոլոր կառուցակարգերը։ Հենց այդ տրամաբանության շրջանակում պետք է դիտարկել Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի դեմ սկսված արշավը, որի վերջին արարը դարձավ ՄԻՊ գրասենյակի ֆինանսավորումը կրճատելու Կառավարության նախաձեռնությունը։

 

Եվ դա տեղի է ունենում իրավապահ մարմինների, այդ թվում՝ ոստիկանության ֆինանսավորումն ավելացնելուն զուգահեռ, ինչը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դիկտատորական նկրտումների ևս մեկ խոսուն վկայություն է։

 

Կանխատեսելի է, որ դատական համակարգի ուզուրպացիայից ու ՄԻՊ-ի դերակատարության նվազեցումից հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հաջորդ գրոհն ուղղված է լինելու իր վերահսկողությունից դուրս գտնվող իշխանության վերջին ճյուղի՝ մամուլի դեմ։

 

Դրա սերմերն արդեն իսկ ցանված են՝ ի դեմս Զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցներին (ԶԼՄ) ֆինանսական մուտքերի զգալի մասից զրկելուն ուղղված «Գովազդի մասին օրենքում» փոփոխությունների և, պայմանականորեն, «անանուն աղբյուրների» դեմ պայքարի օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունների։

 

Վերահսկողություն հաստատելով իշխանության բոլոր ճյուղերի նկատմամբ և վերացնելով իշխանությանը հակակշռող ինստիտուտները՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վերջնականորեն միանձնյա իշխանություն կհաստատի՝ դա, բնականաբար, ներկայացնելով՝ որպես «ժողովրդի իշխանություն» ամենայնի նկատմամբ։

 

Հաջողելու դեպքում, միջազգային կազմակերպությունների և հանրության հովանու ներքո՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կդառնա «ժողովրդական բռնապետ»՝ պահպանելով ժողովրդավարության ֆորմալ դեկորները, բայց իշխանության բովանդակությունը դարձնելով ամբողջովին ավտորիտար։

 

Իրավիճակի նրբությունն այն է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իշխանության այս մոնոլիտը կառուցում է լարախաղացի սկզբունքով. մի կողմից՝ նրա իշխանությունը գտնվում է լինել-չլինելու ամենժամյա վտանգի առաջ, և թվում է՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ոչինչ չպետք է հուզեր, բացի իշխանությունը թեկուզ մեկ օր ավելի պահպանելու խնդրից։ Բայց ոչ՝ նա գնում է վա բանկ՝ առաջնորդվելով ամեն ինչ կորցնելու կամ ամբողջը շահելու արկածախնդիր սկզբունքով։

 

Տապալվելու դեպքում նա կորցնելու է ոչ միայն իշխանությունը, իսկ հաջողելու դեպքում շահելու է ամեն ինչ՝ բացարձակ իշխանություն և դեմոկրատական բռնապետի երանելի կարգավիճակ։
