Ո՞ր ախտանիշն է ցույց տալիս COVID-19-ի բարենպաստ ընթացքը
SOCIETYCOVID-19-ից ապաքինված մարդը վերջերս նկատել է, որ իր ձեռքերի մատների եղունգները լուսադիոդային լապտերի լույսի տակ լուսարձակում են: Նա այդ մասին գրել է «Խաբր» կայքում: Պարզվում է, որ այս էֆեկտը լավ հայտնի է եւ նկարագրվել է:
Գրառման հեղինակը լապտերը թեստավորել է իր ծանոթների վրա, որոնք հաղթահարել էին կորոնավիրուսային ինֆեկցիան, եւ հայտնաբերել է, որ նրանցից մոտ 10-ի մոտ նույնպես եղունգները լույս են արձակել, հայտնում է Medportal.ru-ն: Մի տղամարդու դեպքում, որը դեռեւս մեկ տարի առաջ էր COVID-19 տարել՝ Ռուսաստանում համաճարակի առաջին ալիքի ժամանակ, ոտքի բթմատների եզրին մնացել է «հստակ պայծառ շերտ»:
Հեղինակների խոսքով՝ համացանցային որոշ հրապարակումներում կորոնավիրուսային ինֆեկցիայից հետո եղունգների լուսարձակումը կապում են «կորոնավիր» դեղամիջոցի ընդունման հետ. սա ֆավիպիրավիրի վաճառքի ապրանքային անվանումն է:
Բժշկական թունաբան, գիտական լրագրող Ալեքսեյ Վոդովոզովը պորտալին հայտնել է, որ այս երեւույթը կոչվում է բիոլյումինեսցենցիա, եւ այն առաջացնում է ոչ միայն ֆավիպիրավիրը, այլեւ հիդրօքսիքլորոքինը, որը լայնորեն կիրառվել է համավարակի առաջին ալիքի ժամանակ:
«Կարելի է ենթադրել, որ կա՛մ դեղի մոլեկուլը, կա՛մ դրա մետաբոլիտները գործում են ինչպես լյումինաֆոր: Եվ եղունգներում կուտակվելով՝ ուլտրամանուշակագույնի ազդեցությամբ էներգիան վերադարձնում են լույսի ձեւով: Կարող են լուսարձակել նաեւ մազերը, դրանք նույնպես լավ են կուտակում»,- ասել է Վոդովոզովը:
Ֆավիպիրավիր ընդունելուց հետո լուսարձակող մազերի եւ եղունգների էֆեկտը մանրամասն նկարագրել է նաեւ գիտնականների խումբը: Նրանց խոսքով՝ լուսարձակումն իսկապես առաջանում է մոտաբոլիտների կուտակմամբ: Համանման երեւույթ են առաջացնում նաեւ այլ դեղամիջոցներ, օրինակ՝ տետրացիկլին ընդունելու դեպքում եղունգները դեղին փայլ են ստանում, իսկ քինակրին-հիդրոքլորիդի դեպքում՝ դեղնականաչավուն:
Ալեքսեյ Վոդովոզովը բացառում է, որ այս էֆեկտը կարող է առաջացնել բուն SARS-Cov-2 վիրուսը:
«Դեղերից շատերի դեպքում այսպիսի էֆեկտը հնարավոր է, քանի որ կարող են լինել բարդ օտարածին մոլեկուլներ: Իսկ վիրուսը հավաքվում է մեզնից՝ ձեզ հետ միասին, այնտեղ ամեն ինչ յուրային է եւ չլուսարձակող»,- ասել է փորձագետը:
