Առևանգված օդանավի մասով քրեական գործ է հարուցվել․ ԱԱԾ փոխտնօրեն

Թեհրանում վայրէջք կատարած «Բոինգ» օդանավի վերաբերյալ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել «Քրեական օրենսգրքի» 221-րդ հոդվածով՝ օդանավի զավթումը․ հիմա աշխատանքներ են տարվում, որպեսզի օդանավը վերադարձվի։ Այս մասին այսօր լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ԱԱԾ տնօրենի տեղակալ Տիգրան Հարությունյանը։

Այն հարցին, թե իրանական կողմի հետ հստակ պայմանավորվածություն կա՞, որ պետք է օդանավը վերադարձվի, Հարությունյանը նշեց՝ այո, կարծում եմ՝ տեխնիկական խնդիրներ կան:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Վարչապետի նախկին խորհրդական Հակոբ Ճաղարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել էր․

«Հայկական օդանավի առևանգու՞մ,
Հերթական խաբեությու՞ն,
Թե՞ պրոֆեսիոնալ անճարակություն ՀՀ քաղաքացիական ավիացիայում:

Փետրվարի 21-ին ՀՀ քաղաքացիական Ավիացիայի Կոմիտեն (ՔԱԿ) հեռագիր է ստացել Միացյալ Արաբական Էմիրությունների Քաղաքացիական Ավիացիայի Գլխավոր Վարչության կողմից (GDCA), հայկական գրանցմամբ, EK-FAA համարանիշով Բոինգ-737 օդանավի առևանգման մասին»:

Քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի կոմիտեն փետրվարի 23-ին հայտարարություն էր տարածել, որում ասվում էր․

«2021 թվականի փետրվարի 22-ից մամուլում շրջանառվող լուրերի կապակցությամբ, ըստ որոնց՝ Boeing 737 տիպի օդանավն առևանգվել է, Քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի կոմիտեն հայտնում է, որ առևանգման փաստի մասին Կոմիտեն պաշտոնապես հաստատված տեղեկատվություն չի ստացել համապատասխան մարմիններից:

Միաժամանակ հարկ ենք համարում նշել, որ Կոմիտեն տեղյակ է օդանավի գտնվելու վայրի մասին և ներկայումս սերտ համագործակցում է առնչվող պետությունների ավիացիոն իշխանությունների հետ:

Քննության ավարտից հետո Կոմիտեն կներկայացնի լրացուցիչ տեղեկատվություն»:

Այնուհետև նշվեց, որ առևանգման փաստի մասին Կոմիտեն պաշտոնապես հաստատված տեղեկատվություն չի ստացել համապատասխան մարմիններից:

Միաժամանակ հարկ ենք համարում նշել, որ Կոմիտեն տեղյակ է օդանավի գտնվելու վայրի մասին և ներկայումս սերտ համագործակցում է առնչվող պետությունների ավիացիոն իշխանությունների հետ:

Քննության ավարտից հետո Կոմիտեն կներկայացնի լրացուցիչ տեղեկատվություն։

Ազգային ժողովում ԱԺ-Կառավարություն հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը ևս խոսեց կորած օդանավի մասին։

Ավինյանը պատասխանատուների անուններ է տվեց։

Տիգրան Ավինյանը հայտնեց, որ օդանավի հետ կապված անհրաժեշտ աշխատանքների իրականացման նպատակով՝ «Fly Armenia Airways» ընկերությունը պաշտոնապես դիմել է Կոմիտե, որպեսզի Էստոնիայի Տալին քաղաքից Ուկրաինայի «Գոստոմել» օդանավակայան մեկ դատարկ տեղափոխական թռիչքի թույլտվություն ստանա՝ կրելով թռիչքի ամբողջ պատասխանատվությունը, ինչը չի հակասում միջազգային ավիացիոն որևէ պահանջի:

«Սակայն նշված օդանավը, խախտելով կոմիտեի կողմից նախապես տրամադրված թռիչքի ուղղության վերջնակետի թույլտվությունը, իրականացրել է թռիչք՝ ոչ իրեն նախապես տրված թույլտվության համաձայն, այլ՝ դեպի Վարնա օդանավակայան, այնուհետև ուղղություն է վերցրել դեպի Շարժա, սակայն դեռևս չպարզված հանգամանքներում՝ վայրէջք է կատարել Իրանի «Մեհրաբաթ» օդանավակայանում»,- ասաց Տիգրան Ավինյանը:
