«Դավիթ Գալստյանի՝ Պատրոն Դավիթի կալանքի գործի քննությունը նորից հայտնվել է Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանի վարույթում։ Փաստաբանները դիմել են գրավ կիրառելու միջնորդությամբ և շատ զարմացել են, երբ իմացել են, որ իշխանությունների հայտնի պատվեր կատարող Մացոն է կրկին քննելու։ Երբ հետաքրքրվել են, թե ինչու դարձյալ նույն դատավորի մոտ, բացատրել են, որ այս գործով պետական գաղտնիք հանդիսացող նյութեր կան, իսկ նման գործեր ոչ բոլոր դատավորներն իրավունք ունեն քննելու։ Երևանում ընդամենը 2 դատավոր կարող է պետական գաղտնիքի գործ քննել՝ Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը և Մեսրոպ Մակյանը։
Մենք հարց ուղղեցինք Դատական դեպարտամենտի ղեկավար Կարեն Փոլադյանին՝ քանի՞ դատավոր իրավունք ունի քննելու պետական գաղտնիք հանդիսացող գործեր։ Ասաց, որ ամբողջ Հայաստանի տարածքում 37 դատավոր իրավունք ունի գաղտնիք պարունակող գործեր քննել։ 37-ից միայն մեկն է մարզային, 36-ը Երևանում գործող դատավորներ են։ Փաստորեն, Գալստյանի փաստաբաններին խաբել են, քանի որ գործը որոշել են, որ պետք է քննի իշխանության սրտի դատավորը»,-գրում է թերթը:
