2. Каждый Божий день, 24 часа в сутки (в три смены) способствовать развитию всех отраслей свободной рыночной экономики в Армении, включая высокие технологии, промышленность и военную промышленность, создавать тысячи рабочих мест, устраняя безработицу.
В 24-часовом режиме развивать ядерную энергетику и военную промышленность в Армении, сотрудничая исключительно с Российской Федерацией. Открыть филиалы уже действующих в РФ военно-промышленных заводов во всех городах Армении, создать новые совместные армяно-российские военные заводы, обеспечивая людей работой.
Уровень безработицы в Армении должен быть доведен до нуля, то есть в Армении безработным не может быть хотя бы один человек, имеющий право на работу и все!
Правительство Армении должно выплачивать минимальную зарплату в размере от 1,5 до 2 млн. драмов в месяц, семье каждого человека, серьезно занимающегося наукой в Армении, чтобы ученый мог заниматься наукой 24 часа в сутки.
