Ադրբեջանում վախենում են Հայաստանի ընտրություններում Փաշինյանի պարտությունից ու խոսում վճռական պատերազմի պատրաստվելու մասին
ANALYSISԱդրբեջանում ակտիվորեն քննարկում են հայաստանյան արտահերթ ընտրությունների թեման։
Ներկայացնում եմ ադրբեջանցի փորձագետների վերլուծությունների ընդհանրական ամփոփագիրը։
Բոլոր փորձագետները համակարծիք են, որ առաջիկա արտահերթ ընտրություններում Փաշինյանը չի կարող կրկնել 2018 թվականի արդյունքը, ինչն ամեն դեպքում նրան ավելի թույլ կդարձնի անգամ հաղթանակի պարագայում։
Համարյա բոլորը հանգում են կոնսենսուսի, որ հնարավոր հաղթանակի դեպքում Փաշինյանին դժվար կլինի պաշտպանել արդյունքը ու կանխատեսում են հետընտրական բողոքի ալիք, որտեղ հնարավոր է հայ ուժայինները ներկայից տարբերվող վարքագիծ դրսևորեն։ Շեշտադրվում է հանգամանքը, որ արտահերթ ընտրությունները
Ադրբեջանի համար նշանակում են պատերազմի գրեթե վերահաս սպառնալիք: Եթե Փաշինյանը պարտվի, ապա Ռուսաստանի աջակցությունը կանխատեսելիորեն կավելանա, և ռուսական քաղաքականությունը Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ անխուսափելիորեն կկոշտանա։ Չի բացառվում, որ Ադրբեջանի դեմ բազմաբնույթ ռազմաքաղաքական գործողություներին կարող են միանալ տարածաշրջանի մյուս ուժերը, մասնավորապես, Իրանը։
Հետևաբար, Փաշինյանի որոշման պարագայում նախաձեռնել արտահերթ ընտրություններ, «Ադրբեջանը պետք է սկսի ռազմական նախապատրաստությունները առավելագույն վճռականությամբ, պատրաստի հասարակությանը վճռական պատերազմի և խնդրի Թուրքիայից և այլ դաշնակիցներից անմիջական, հրատապ և լայնամասշտաբ ռազմական աջակցություն»:
Զուգահեռաբար, արտահերթ ընտրությունների նշանակումն այս փուլում, երբ ընդդիմությունն ակնհայտ ավելի քան թույլ է և կանխատեսելիորեն ավելի է թուլանալու իշխանության նկատմամբ ճնշում գործադրելու ռեսուրսի տեսանկյունից, պետք է պարտադրել Փաշինյանին արագացնելու սահմանազատման և Մեղրիի միջանցքի շահագործման գործընթացների իրականացումը։ Սա, իհարկե, որոշակիորեն կարող է թուլացնել Փաշինյանի դիրքերը ընտրություններին ընդառաջ, ինչը ձեռնտու չէ Ադրբեջանին և նպաստում է ռուսամետ ուժերի ուժեղացմանը, ուստի պետք է որոշակի գրավիչ առաջարկներով չեզոքացնել հնարավոր բացասական էֆեկտը։ Այդուհանդերձ, անգամ հաղթանակի դեպքում Փաշինյանը գուցե այլևս չկարողանա կայացնել որոշումներ, որոնց իրավունքը «Ադրբեջանը նվաճել է վերջին պատերազմում»։
Այսպիսով, Հայաստանում հռչակված արտահերթ ընտրությունների պայմաններում Ադրբեջանը պետք է սկսի պատերազմի նախապատրաստություն ռազմական և դիվանագիտական դաշտում և պատերազմի սպառնալիքի ներքո Փաշինյանի գործող կառավարությանը պարտադրի մինչև ընտրություններ իրականացնել նոյեմբերի 9֊ի հանաձայնագրով ստանձնած բոլոր պարտավորությունները։
