2021 թվականի մարտն աչքի է ընկնում առավել շեշտված եղանակակլիմայական պայմանների փոփոխություններով, որոնց պատճառը հյուսիս-արևմուտքից նկատվող հաճախակի ցուրտ օդային հոսանքների ներխուժումներն են։ Այս մասին հայտնում են Հիդրոօդերևութաբանության և մոնիթորինգի կենտրոնից։
«Այս երևույթի հիմնական պատճառը Ռուսաստանի եվրոպական տարածքում այս տարի դիտված խիստ ցուրտ ձմեռն է:
Ներկա պահին նույնպես Ռուսաստանի եվրոպական տարածքում և Եվրոպայում օդի ջերմաստիճանը կլիմայական նորմայից ցածր է 5-6 աստիճանով, առկա է կայուն ձնածածկույթ, որը նպաստում է արկտիկական ցուրտ օդային զանգվածների հարավ տեղաշարժվելիս քիչ տրանսֆորմացվելուն։
Այսօր նույնպես ՀՀ տարածքը գտնվում է հյուսիս-արևմուտքից ներխուժած ցուրտ ճակատի ազդեցության գոտում, լեռնային և նախալեռնային շրջաններում տեղացել է ձյուն, օդի ջերմաստիճանը երեկվա հետ համեմատած նվազել է 5-6 աստիճանով։
