Սիգի որսը կթույլատրվի մարտի 25-ից և կտևի մինչև սեպտեմբերի 1-ը
SOCIETYՍևանա լճում կենսապաշարի կայուն օգտագործման և տարածքի սոցիալ-տնտեսական խնդիրները կանոնակարգելու նպատակով 2020 թվականին մեկնարկեց Սևանա լճում արդյունագործական նպատակներով ձկան որսի փորձարարական ծրագիրը։
2020 թվականին Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության և ձկնորսների միջև կնքվել էին 255 պայմանգրեր՝ շուրջ 236 տոննա սիգ որս իրականացնելու համար:
Կնքված պայմանագրերի վերջնաժամկետ էր սահմանվել 2020թ. դեկտեմբերի 1-ը:
«Սևան» ազգային պարկ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի կողմից կահավորվել էին Սևանա լիճ մուտքի և ելքի 25 կետեր, սակայն մուտք և ելք կատարվել էր 19-ը կետերից:
Գիտական հետազոտությունների, մշտադիտարկման և կադաստրի վարման բաժնի աշխատակիցների կողմից իրականացվել է արդյունագործական ձկնորսության մշտադիտարկման, տվյալների հավաքագրման և ամփոփման աշխատանքներ:
✅ Նշված ժամանակահատվածում որսվել է շուրջ 204 տոննա սիգ:
Վերլուծելով 2020 թվականին մեկնարկած սիգի արդյունագործական նպատակներով փորձարարական որսի ընթացքը, կարևորելով դրա նպատակը, շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարությունը նախատեսում է 2021 թվականին իրականացնել փորձարարական որսի 2-րդ փուլը:
Դրա համար հիմք են հանդիսացել 2020 թվականին Սևանա լճում իրականացված կենսապաշարի հաշվառման տվյալներն ու ՀՀ ԳԱԱ կենդանաբանության և հիդրոէկոլոգիայի գիտական կենտրոնի հետ իրականացված քննարկումների արդյունքները։
Համաձայն Գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի 2020 թվականի հաշվառման տվյալների Սևանա լճում սիգի ընդհանուր զանգվածը կազմել է 2345 տոննա, որից արդյունագործական ընդհանուր պաշարը՝ մոտ 586,2 տոննա, որից սիգի փորձարարական որսի 2-րդ փուլի շրջանակներում 2021 թվականի օգտագործման համար սահմանվել է առավելագույնը 250 տոննա չափաքանակ։
Ըստ նախագծի՝ ձկան քաշը պետք է լինի 400 գրամից ոչ պակաս, որսը պետք է իրականացվի 40 մմ և ավելի ցանցավանդակի կառուցողական քայլ ունեցող դնովի ցանցերով, ափից առնվազն 500 մ հեռավորությամբ՝ մանրաձկան որսը բացառելու համար, որսը իրականացվելու է մինչև սեպտեմբերի 1-ը, դեկտեմբեր-հունվար ամիսներին սահմանվելու է խիստ հսկողության ռեժիմ՝ ձկների ձվադրման գործընթացն ապահովելու համար, ձկնորսական լողամիջոցները լիճ մուտք և ելք են կատարելու դրանց համար հատուկ առանձնացված տեղամասերից, որսը կազմակերպվելու է համաձայն լիազոր մարմնի կողմից հաստատված ժամային գրաֆիկի, մուտքի և ելքի տեղամասերում հսկողություն իրականացնող տեսուչը համապատասխան մատյանում լրացնելու է տվյալ օրը լիճ մուտք գործած լողամիջոցի, ձկնորսի տվյալները, մուտքի և ելքի ժամը, ստուգելու է որսագործիքները, որսն ավարտելուց հետո գրանցելու է որսված ձկան քանակությունը։
