Այսօր՝ մարտի 21-ին, խոշոր ու ողբերգական ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում: Ժամը 01:30-ի սահմաններում Վրաստանի քաղաքացի, Երևան քաղաքի Քաանքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանում հաշվառված, 34-ամյա Գրիգոր Գրիգորյանը իր վարած Opel Corsa ավտոմեքենայով Առինջ գյուղի 6-րդ փողոցի 1-ին նրբանցքի վերելքոտ ավտոճանապարհով դեպի վեր ընթանալիս, դեռևս անհայտ հանգամանքներում, ավտոմեքենան հետընթաց կատարելու ժամանակ բախվել է ճանապարհի աջակողմյան հատվածում գտնվող բետոնե պատին և գլխիվայր շրջվել:

Shamshyan.com-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ վթարի հետևանքով Գ. Գրիգորյանը տեղում մահացել է, ավտոմեքենան էլ գլխիվայր շրջվել է:

Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի փրկարարական վարչության Ավանի թիվ 11 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատը՝ 1 մարտական հաշվարկով: Ժամանել են նաև ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 3-րդ վաշտի 1-ին դասակի ծառայողները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Արամ Ադիբեկյանի, վաշտի հրամանատար Արթուր Պետրոսյանի, դասակի հրամանատար Տիգրան Քոթանջյանի գլխավորությամբ:

Վթարի մասին ՃՈ 1-77 օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի պատասխանատու հերթապահ Տիգրան Բարսեղյանը տեղեկությունը փոխանցել է Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Գառնիկ Մաթևոսյանի, հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Սոս Սեդրակյանի գլխավորությամբ: Փրկարարները ավտոմեքենայի տակ հայտնված դին մոտեցրել են «Աբովյան» բժշկական կենտրոնի շտապօգնության ավտոմեքենային, այնուհետև փակել գազաբալոնն ու ճանապարային ոստիկանների հետ դարձի են բերել ավտոմեքենան և այն մոտեցրել ավտոքարշակին:

Փաստի առթիվ Ս. Սեդրակյանի որոշմամբ ՀՀ քր օր-ի 242 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գրոծ: Քննիչի հանձրարականով ավտոմեքենան տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք: Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ ավտոմեքենան շահագործվում էր որպես տաքսի:
