Հայաստանը կոնյակի և գինու արտահանման ծավալները մեծացնելու համար պետք է ուշադրություն դարձնի արտադրանքի որակին

Հայաստանից Ռուսաստան գինու և կոնյակի արտահանման ծավալները մեծացնելու համար հարկավոր է ուշադրություն դարձնել որակին: Ազգային ժողովում այս մասին հայտարարեց ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարի տեղակալ Ռոբերտ Մակարյանը՝ պատասխանելով ԲՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Միքայել Մելքումյանի հարցին: «Մենք այս տարի խնդիրներ ունեցել ենք խաղողի իրացման հետ, որի հիմնական պատճառը ռուսական ռուբլու արժեզÖ �կումն էր: Դրա հետևանքով այս տարի թե գինու, թե կոնյակի արտահանումը Ռուսաստան մոտ 40 տոկոսով նվազել է: Ի՞նչ է պետք անել, որպեսզի հաջորդ տարի նույնը չկրկնվի: Հարկավոր է հատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնել արտադրանքի որակին, քանի որ Ռուսաստանը սկսել է որակին էլ ավելի ուշադրություն դարձնել, ուստի մենք պետք է աշխատենք որակի բարձրացման ուղղությամբ: Մենք պետք է կարողանանք պահպանել մեր բրենդի բարի համբավը, որպեսզի կարողանանք արտահանումն ավելացնել»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Մակարյանը:
Նա ընդգծեց, որ կառավարությունն այս ուղղությամբ քայլեր ձեռնարկում է: «Կառավարությունը քննարկում է արտահանման տեմպերն ավելացնելու քաղաքականություն, որի մասին առաջիկայում կբարձրաձայնվի»,- հավելեց փոխնախարարը:
Ռոբերտ Մակարյանը հավելեց նաև, որ խաղողի պատշաճ իրացման համար հարկավոր է զարկ տալ գյուղացիների և վերամշակող կազմակերպությունների միջև պայմանագրային հարաբերությունների հաստատմանը: «Այն գյուղացիները, ովքեր ունեցել են պայմանագրեր վերամշակող կազմակերպությունների հետ, խաղողի իրացման հետ կապված խնդիրներ չեն ունեցել: Խնդիրներ ունեցել են այն գյուղացիները, ովքեր չեն իմացել, թե ում հանձնեն իրենց արտադրած խաղողը: Դրա համար մենք պետք է խթանենք պայմանագրային հարաբերությունների հաստատումը»,- մանրամասնեց փոխնախարարը:
Հայաստանում այս տարի արտադրվել է ավելի քան 309 հազար տոննա խաղող: Վերամշակող կազմակերպությունների կողմից մթերվել է 216 հազար 800 տոննա խաղող՝ նախորդ տարվա 184 հազար տոննայի դիմաց: Այս տարի արդեն արտահանվել է 11 հազար տոննա խաղող: Կա նաև խաղողի մեծ պահեստավորված պաշար, և առաջիկայում էլ արտահանումը շարունակվելու է: Այս տարի Հայաստանից խաղողի արտահանման ծավալները նախնական կանխատեսումներով նախորդ տարվա ցուցանիշը կգերազանցեն 40 տոկոսով:
