«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Հայաստանում վարորդների մոտ նոր բունտ է հասունանում. ավտոմեքենաներից նոր տեսակի գողությունների շարք է սկսվել, անհայտ անձինք գողանում են մեքենաների համարանիշները։ Ի դեպ, գողանում են մեքենայի ևւ դիմացի եւ հետեւի համարանիշները:
Ավելին, դրանք գողանալուց հետո հանցագործները մեքենայի դիմապակու վրա թողնում են գրություններ եւ առաջարկում Viber-ով կապ հաստատել իրենց հետ, ապա պահանջում համարանիշների վերադարձի դիմաց կլորիկ գումար վճարել՝ լավ իմանալով, որ ճանապարհային ոստիկանությունը, ըստ օրենքի, միանգամից երկու պետհամարանիշները չի վերականգնում։
Այսինքն՝ վարորդները ստիպված են լինում իրենց սեփական համարանիշները կորչելու դեպքում նորից վճարել ընդհուպ մինչեւ մի քանի միլիոն դրամ։ Սովորաբար վարորդները լուռ համաձայնում են գողերին վճարել պահանջվող գումարը, քանի որ ՀՀ ճանապարհային ոստիկանությունը վերականգնում է միայն մեկ կորցրած համարանիշը։ Օրինակ` եթե գողացել են ձեր մեքենայի 30 LL 030 համարանիշը, որի համար նախապես մասնակցել եք աճուրդի եւ վճարել 300 կամ 400 հազար դրամ, իսկ դրա դիմաց գողերը պահանջում են վճարել 40-50 հազար դրամ, ապա դուք կնախընտրեք համագործակցել հանցագործի հետ, քանի որ, ըստ օրենքի, չեք կարող նույն համարանիշը կրկին ստանալ, իսկ «գոլդ» համար ունենալու համար ստիպված կլինեք դարձյալ մասնակցել աճուրդի եւ 300-400 հազար դրամ վճարել։
Ուշագրավն այն է, որ համարանիշի գողության դեպքերը Հայաստանում մեծ տարածում են գտնում, իսկ ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը, կարծես թե, ոչինչ չի ձեռնարկում դրանք բացահայտելու եւ կանխելու ուղղությամբ։ Տպավորություն է, թե ոստիկանության որոշ օղակների գիտությամբ են թաղային գողերը վարորդների հաշվին բիզնես անում։
