Ռազմական դրությունը մնացել է մեկ բանի համար. Էդմոն Մարուքյանը ներկայացրեց ռազմական դրությունը հանելու նախագիծ
POLITICSԱյսօր խորհրդարանի երկու ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությունները երկրորդ անգամ ներկայացնում են ՀՀ-ում ռազմական դրությունը հանելու վերաբերյալ նախաձեռնություն: Նախագիծը զեկուցում է «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Էդմոն Մարուքյանը, նա հիշեցրեց, որ իրենց այդ նախաձեռնությունները տապալվել են:
«Հիմա այլ իրողություններ են, և ռազմական դրության իրականությունը սահմանափակում է ընդդիմության իրավունքները, սահամանփակվում է երկրում ժողովրդավարությունը»,-ասաց նա և նշեց, որ համայնքներ կան, որտեղ ՏԻՄ ընտրություններ չեն լինում:
Էդմոն Մարուքյանը հիշեցրեց, որ ԱԺ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերով հանձնաժողովում նախագահը, նախարարության ներկայացուցիչն ասում էին՝ մի քանի օր էլ համբերեք, կլինի հանգուցալուծում: Այսպիսով` նա նկատեց, որ դրանից հետո արդեն եղավ հանգուցալուծում, և կա հստակ հայտարարված արտահերթ ընտրությունների օր:
«Ռազմական դրությունը մնացել է զուտ քաղաքական երևույթ, և քանի որ կա պայմանավորվածություն, և այդ լույսի ներքո երկրում լարվածությունը թուլանում և թուլանում է, հիմա մենք առաջարկում ենք հանել այն»,-ասաց նա և նկատեց, որ հանգուցալուծումը շատ ուժերի համար լավ է, շատ ուժերի համար վատն է, որոշների համար՝ միջանկյալ, բայց դրանից լավը չեն ունեցել:
«Սահմանափակումները, որոնք մտցված էին հավաքների, տեղաշարժի, զորահավաքի հետ կապված, արդեն մեկ ամսից ավելի է, ինչ հանվել են: Այսինքն` մենակ ռազմական դրությունը մնացել է որպես ռազմական դրություն մեկ բանի համար, որ այստեղ անվստահության գործընթաց չսկսվի, հիմա սկսելը իմաստ ունի, թե չունի, դա էլ կքննարկենք, եթե հանեք, բայց եթե քաղաքական պայմանավորվածություն կա, եկեք հանենք, մեր բեռը չգցենք կառավարության վրա, ասենք՝ դուք որոշել, բա ինչի հիման վրա ենք մենք աշխատում»,-ասաց նա:
ԱԺ պատգամավոր Թագուհի Թովմասյանի հարցին ի պատասխան՝ Էդմոն Մարուքյանը նշեց, որ ինքը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ ռազմական դրությունը հանելու վերաբերյալ բանակցություն չի վարել:
