Սեյրան Օհանյանը նշեց, երկու զինվորականների անունները, որոնց ազատումը չափազանց բացասական կերպով է ազդել մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքի վրա
POLITICSԻրավունքի ուժով բառակապակցությունն ինձ համար անընդունելի է, այսօր լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանն՝ անդրադառնալով Զինված ուժերում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձություններին։ Փոխանցում է Aysor.am-ը:
«Երբ որ Հանրապետության նախագահը, որը հանդիսանում է մեր պետության գլուխը, հետ է ուղարկում առաջարկությունն ու ասում՝ ինչ-ինչ պատճառներ կան այդ մարդուն չնշանակելու կամ ազատելու, իսկ նշանակումներն ու ազատումները իրականացվում են ծառայողական քննություն ու հիմավորված միջնորդությունների արդյունքում, այս առումով այս ամբողջ գործընթացն իմ համար անընդունելի է», - ասաց նա։
Օհանյանը նշեց՝ ՀՀ զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբն իր հայտարարությամբ իրադրությունը գնահատել է ու ցանկացել է ժողովրդի հետ լինել։
«Իսկ ժողովրդի մեծ մասը պահանջում է, որ այս պարտված իշխանությունը հեռանա», - ասաց նախկին նախարարը։
Օհանյանը նշեց՝ չի կարող ասել՝ Արտակ Դավթյանի նշանակումով բանակը կտուժի՞, թե՞ կշահի։
«Ես գտնում եմ, որ Օնիկ Գասպարյանը փորձառու անձնավորություն է, իսկ նշանակված նոր շտաբի պետը որոշ ժամանակ առաջ ազատվել էր վարչապետի կողմից, գտնում եմ, որ հայկական բանակն այն կառույցն է, որ դժվար իրավիճակից ամենաարագը կարող է դուրս գալ», - ասաց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարը։
Սեյրան Օհանյանի խոսքով՝ Մովսես Հակոբյանի ու ՊԲ նախկին հրամանատար Լևոն Մնացականյանի պաշտոններից ազատումը չափազանց բացասական կերպով է ազդել մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքի վրա։
«Կառավարության ղեկավարը չի հասկանում, որ զինվորական հարթության վրա հներ նշանակում է փորձ, մարտական ունակություններ, պաշտոնների հետ մեկտեղ համապատասխան աշխարհահայացք, ռազմական թատերաբեմը լիարժեք պատկերացնելու ունակություններ», - ասաց Օհանյանը։
Նախկին նախարարը նշեց, որ իր ղեկավարման տարիներին 135 մարդ՝ գնդապետից բարձր մինչև փոխնախարար, պաշտոնից ազատվել են, որոնց մի զգալի մասը նաև կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերի հետ կապված։
