Նիդեռլանդները ՌԴ-ի հետ գաղտնի բանակցություններ է վարում գազի մատակարարման շուրջ. լրատվամիջոցներ
ECONOMICSՆիդեռլանդները շարունակում է գաղտնի բանակցություններ վարել Ռուսաստանի հետ գազի մատակարարման վերաբերյալ, չնայած այն բանին, որ երկրների միջև դիվանագիտական և առևտրային հարաբերությունները սառեցվել էին 2014 թվականին Ուկրաինայի արևելքում Boieng «ՄՀ17»-ի ավիավթարից հետո: Բացի այդ, 2017 թվականից ռուս-հոլանդական էներգետիկ աշխատանքային խումբը վերսկսել է իր աշխատանքները:

Հիշեցնենք՝ 2014-ին, «ՄՀ17» չվերթի վթարից հետո, որի զոհերի մեծ մասը Նիդեռլանդների քաղաքացիներ էին, Հաագան դադարեցրել էր իր տարեկան խորհրդակցությունները 2 երկրների համատեղ տնտեսական շահերի վերաբերյալ:
Պորտալի տեղեկություններով՝ «ՄՀ17» չվերթի կործանումը և ուկրաինական ճգնաժամը միայն ժամանակավորապես են ազդել ռուս-հոլանդական հարաբերությունների վրա, քանի որ գազի մատակարարման ոլորտում հարաբերություններն ապացուցում են, որ դրանք կայուն են քաղաքական վայրիվերումների նկատմամբ:
Երկկողմ շփումների մի քանի տարվա լճացումից հետո երկխոսությունը վերսկսվել է 2017-ի մայիսին: Այդ ժամանակ Ամստերդամում տեղի էր ունեցել Flame համաժողովը, որին մասնակցում էին ռուս առևտրային ներկայացուցիչները: Բանախոսների ցուցակը գրեթե ամբողջությամբ բաղկացած է եղել «Հյուսիսային հոսք 2» գազատարի շինարարությանը մասնակցող հոլանդական և ռուսական ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչներից: Բացի գազի ոլորտում հայտնի անձանց անուններից, հանդիպմանը ներկա են եղել նաև օֆշորային Allseas ընկերության և լեռնահանքային Van Oord ընկերության ներկայացուցիչները:
Մի քանի ամիս անց, ինչպես գրում է ԶԼՄ-ն, Նիդեռլանդների կառավարության նախաձեռնությամբ, երկրի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության արտաքին տնտեսական կապերի հարցերով գլխավոր տնօրենը ժամանել է Մոսկվա: Նշվում է, որ Մոսկվայում կայացած հանդիպման ընթացքում Նիդեռլանդների ներկայացուցիչը, Ռուսաստանի էներգետիկայի փոխնախարարը և նրա տնտեսական զարգացման հարցերով գործընկերն աշխատանքային խմբի շրջանակներում փորձել են վերականգնել աղետի հետևանքով տուժած հարաբերությունները:
«ԱԳ նախարար Ստեֆ Բլոկը և էկոնոմիկայի և կլիմայական քաղաքականության նախարար Էրիկ Վիբեսը հարկ չեն համարել Ներկայացուցիչների պալատին տեղեկացնել 2017-ին Էներգետիկայի աշխատանքային խմբի վերագործարկման մասին», - այս առնչությամբ նկատում է պորտալը:
Ըստ ԶԼՄ-ի՝ Էներգետիկայի աշխատանքային խումբը շարունակում է գործել մինչ օրս: FTM-ի տեղեկություններով՝ վերջին 4 տարվա ընթացքում 3-րդ հանդիպումը նախատեսված է գարնանը:
Նշենք՝ այս հանդիպումները չեն հայտնվում Նիդեռլանդների տարբեր նախարարությունների խորհրդարանական զեկույցներում և փաստաթղթային գրանցամատյաններում, բայց հոլանդական պորտալը նմանատիպ շփումների ապացույցներ է գտել Ռուսաստանի էներգետիկայի նախարարության զեկույցներում:
