«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ մարտի 21-ին ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր թիմին հրավիրել է կառավարական ամառանոց՝ քննարկելու հետագա անելիքները: Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ հանդիպման ժամանակ քննարկման հիմնական թեման եղել է արտահերթ ընտրությունը եւ, մասնավորապես, Ընտրական օրենսգիրքը ընդունելու-չընդունելու հարցը:

Հանդիպմանը ներկաներից շատերը բարձրաձայնել են, թե անարդար է, որ իրենց երկար աշխատանքից հետո Ընտրական օրենսգիրքը չընդունվի, եւ ընտրությունները կազմակերպվեն հին ԸՕ-ով: Հատկապես Համազասպ Դանիելյանը, որը գլխավորել է փոփոխությունների քննարկման նպատակով ստեղծված խումբը, դեմ է արտահայտվել: Եղել են մարդիկ, որոնք կիսել են նրա տեսակետը, բայց շատերն էլ կան, որ շարունակում են անընդունելի համարել միայն համամասնական ընտրակարգով ընտրությունների գնալը:

Այսինքն՝ այս պահին հակասական տրամադրություններ կան նաեւ իշխող խմբակցության ներսում:
Կիրակի օրը կրկին հավաքվել են, եւ կրկին անորոշություն է եղել մեծապես: Կրկին ընդհանուր հայտարարի չեն եկել: Երեկ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի թղթակիցը նկատեց, որ ԸՕ թեմայով քննարկումները տեղափոխվել էին տարբեր պատգամավորների աշխատասենյակներ:

Հատկապես մարզերից ընտրված պատգամավորները դեմ են ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգի չեզոքացմանը:
Չի բացառվում, որ նոր Ընտրական օրենսգիրքը ընդունվի արդեն նոր ձեւավորված խորհրդարանում՝ հաջորդ ընտրությունների համար: Իսկ հիմա, եթե լինեն արտահերթ ընտրություններ, դրանք կկազմակերպվեն հին ընտրակարգով, քանի որ նաեւ այդպիսի խոստում է տվել հենց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ԼՀԿ եւ ԲՀԿ ղեկավարների հետ բանակցությունների ժամանակ:
