«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Երեւանյան որոշ խանութներում եւ սուպերմարկետներում ձու չկա: Եթե ձու կա, ապա փոքր խանութներում, այն էլ՝ 90 դրամ: Այս խնդրի շուրջ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի խմբագրությունը չի դադարում հեռախոսազանգեր ստանալ քաղաքացիներից: Նրանց պատմելով՝ սուպերմարկետներում փոքր չափի մեկ հատիկ ձուն սկսում է 75 դրամից, միջինը՝ 86 դրամից, իսկ մեծ չափի ձվի մեկ հատիկի գինը սկսում է 100 դրամից:
Փոքր խանութներում եւ շուկաներում հնարավոր է ձեռք բերել հատիկով ձու, հատն էլ՝ 90 դրամից սկսած: Այս թեմայի շուրջ ՀՀ թռչնաբույծների միության նախագահ Սերգեյ Ստեփանյանը «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին ներկայացրեց իր պարզաբանումը. «Մենք խնդրել ենք պետական մարմիններին ձվի շարժը՝ արտադրությունից մինչեւ խանութ եւ խանութից դուրս ուսումնասիրել: Մեր կարծիքով՝ արհեստական դեֆիցիտ առաջացնում են միջնորդ կազմակերպությունները, մեր առաքիչները, այդ թվում նաեւ փոքր խանութները: Մարտի 23-ից սկսել է ձվարկումը, եւ մենք առաջիկայում ակցիաներ ենք կազմակերպելու, որտեղ ձվի գինը 50 դրամից չի բարձրանա:
Բայց շատերը այս պահին իրենց ձեռքերը տաքացնում են այս խնդրի վրա, հատկապես մեր էքսպեդիտորները, որոնց դուրս ենք թողել մինչեւ Զատիկի տոնը: Նրանցից ամեն մեկը 5-6 դրամ փող է աշխատում, այժմ մենք ուղիղ առաքում ենք իրականացնում խոշոր ցանցերին: Բայց մինչ այդ, նրանք վերցնում են ձուն եւ տալիս փոքր խանութներին, որոնք 85-90 դրամով են վաճառում»:
