ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում իրականացված մեծածավալ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների, ինչպես նաև՝ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են 37-ամյա տղամարդու սպանության դեպքի՝ էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ, շարժառիթը, բացահայտվել է մեկ այլ ծանր հանցագործություն. 37-ամյա տղամարդու սպանությանը հաջորդել է ևս մեկ սպանություն: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ ՔԿ-ն:

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ երեք անձինք, Հրազդան գետի ափին գտնվող «Բջի գյոլ» կոչվող վայրում ալկոհոլ օգտագործելուց հետո, առանձնակի դաժանությամբ, դիտավորությամբ ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու նպատակով, մուրճով հարվածներ էին հասցրել 37-ամյա տղամարդուն, որի արդյունքում վերջինս կորցրել էր գիտակցությունը: Այնուհետև միջադեպի մասնակիցներից մեկը՝ 31-ամյա տղամարդը, նկատելով, որ վերջինս ողջ է, հանցավոր մտադրությունն ավարտին հասցնելու նպատակով, նրան նետել էր բետոնե ջրատարի մեջ: Տղամարդը, ուշքի գալով, փորձել էր բռնվել ջրատարի պատից, սակայն նրանցից մեկը, նկատելով այդ հանգամանքը, ոտքով հարվածել էր դեմքին, ինչի արդյունքում նա կրկին ուշագնաց էր եղել և ընկել ջուրը. վերջինիս դին հայտնաբերվել է Երևան ՀԷԿ-ի ջրատարներից մեկում:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում իրականացված քննչական գործողություններով պարզվել է, որ սպանության կատարմանն ականատես է եղել քննությամբ դեռևս չպարզված անձը, որին նկատել են սպանությունը կատարած անձինք: Եվ որպեսզի իրենց կողմից իրագործված հանցանքը թաքցնեն, մեղադրյալներից մեկը՝ 31-ամյա տղամարդը, կացնով երկու անգամ հարվածել է նրա պարանոցի հատվածին, որից հետո համոզվելով, որ սպանել է վերջինիս, դին գցել է Հրազդան գետը, որը հայտնաբերվել է 2021թ. մարտի 22-ին՝ ժամը 13:30-ին, «Երևանյան լճում»:

Հաշվի առնելով նոր երևան եկած հանգամանքները՝ հարուցվել է նոր քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 11-րդ կետով, և որոշում է կայացվել՝ նշված երկու քրեական գործերը մեկ վարույթում միացնելու և համատեղ քննություն կատարելու վերաբերյալ:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:

Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքերի բոլոր հանգամանքները, սպանության զոհ դարձած երկրորդ անձի ինքնությունը պարզելու, օբյեկտիվ և բազմակողմանի քննություն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ: Հանձնարարություններ են տրվել հետաքննության մարմնին:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
