Կառավարությունն այսօր չզեկուցվող նախագծով որոշեց ավելացնել ոստիկանության ՊՊԾ գնդի քաղաքային ու մարզային վարչությունների աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձերը: Ըստ այդմ, ՊՊԾ կրտսեր տեսուչների աշխատավարձը ներկայիս 190.552 դրամից կդառնա 320․000 դրամ՝ 68,8 %-ով ավելի։ Ոստիկանության լեյտենանտի կոչումով, 2-5 տարվա զինծառայության ստաժով պարեկի ամսական աշխատավարձը նախատեսվում է սահմանել ամսական 402․181 դրամ՝ ներկայիս 198.565 դրամի փոխարեն՝ 97,5 %-ով ավելի և այլն։ Աշխատավարձերի բարձրացումը նախատեսված է ապրիլի 1-ից: 

Ընդամենը շաբաթներ առաջ էլ հայտնի դարձավ, որ կառավարությունը նախատեսում է «Պետական պաշտոններ և պետական ծառայության պաշտոններ զբաղեցնող անձանց վարձատրության մասին» օրենքի 11-րդ հոդվածում փոփոխություններ անել, որի համաձայն՝ Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորները պատգամավորական գործունեության հետ կապված ծախսերի համար յուրաքանչյուր ամիս 50 հազար դրամ փոխհատուցում կստանան։

Ուշագրավ է, որ պատերազմից հետո ստեղծված ծանր սոցիալ-տնտեսական պայմաններում կառավարությանը, ասել է թե՝ Փաշինյանին հուզում է միայն ուժայինների և պատգամավորների ֆինանսական վիճակի բարելավումը: Եվ սա անշուշտ պատահական չէ, քանի որ Փաշինյանը իշխանության իլյուզիան մինչ օրս ապահովում են մի կողմից՝ ավտոբուսներով վերջինիս ամառանոցը հսկող, ցույցերի ընթացքում ցուցարարների հանդեպ բիրտ ուժ կիրառող ոստիկանները, իսկ ԱԺ-ում էլ մեծամասամբ հակաօրինական և հակասահմանադրական նախագծերը դակում են իմքայլական պատգամավորները: Հենց այս երկու սեգմենտներին յուրահատուկ կաշառք տալով էլ այսօր զբաղված է կառավարությունը, քանի որ Փաշինյանը որպես այդպիսին չունի որևէ այլ ռեալ հենարան: Նա գիտակցում է, որ թե ուժային համակարգում, թե յուրային պատգամավորների շրջանում գնալով մեծանում է դժգոհությունն իր վարած քաղաքականությունից և գործելաոճից և վարչապետն, ըստ էության, որոշել է հեծանիվ չհորինել, այլ պոտենցիալ դժգոհողների սիրտը շահել հին և փորձված տարբերակով...
