POLITICSArmLur.am-ը քիչ առաջ տեղեկացավ, որ Օնիկ Գասպարյանի մասով միջանկյալ որոշում կայացրած Վարչական դատարանի դատավոր Մհեր Պետրոսյանը ԲԴԽ է դիմել ու հայտնել, որ իր կյանքին վտանգ է սպառնում։
ArmLur.am-ի տեղեկություններով՝ ԲԴԽ-ն հրատապ նիստ է հրավիրել ու քննում է դատավորին հասցեագրված սպառնալիքները։
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2021 թվականի մարտի 10-ին Օնիկ Գասպարյանը հայցադիմում էր ներկայացրել ՀՀ վարչական դատարան՝ ընդդեմ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանի, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ իրեն պաշտոնից ազատելու վերաբերյալ հրամանագիրը, ինչը հաստատվել է 2021 թ. մարտի 10-ի վարչապետի՝ Օնիկ Գասպարյանին ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի պետի պաշտոնից իրավունքի ուժով ազատված համարելու մասին հայտարարությամբ, առոչինչ ճանաչելու պահանջի մասին:
ՀՀ վարչական դատարանը` դատավոր Մհեր Պետրոսյանի նախագահությամբ, մարտի 17-ին բավարարել էր Օնիկ Գասպարյանի հայցի ապահովման միջոց կիրառելու մասին փաստաբանի միջնորդությունը, որով պահանջվել էր ճանաչել Օնիկ Գասպարյանին պաշտոնից ազատելու իրավահարաբերության բացակայությունը:
