Ստամբուլի դատարանը Դինքի սպանության համար ցմահ ազատազրկել է երկու նախկին բարձրաստիճան ոստիկանի
SOCIETYՍտամբուլի դատարանը մարտի 26-ին ցմահ ազատազրկման է դատապարտել ոստիկանության երկու նախկին բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների՝ ժանդարմերիայի սպաների ավելի քան 14 տարի առաջ «Ակոս» շաբաթաթերթի գլխավոր խմբագիր Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության գործում իրենց դերակատարման համար: Այս մասին հայտնում է թուրքական «Անադոլու» լրատվական գործակալությունը:
2011-ին թուրքական դատարանը 23 տարվա ազատազրկման էր դատապարտել հայ խմբագրապետի մարդասպան Օգյուն Սամասթին, որը հանցագործության պահին 17 տարեկան էր: Հաջորդ տարի սպանությունը կազմակերպելու և հրահրելու համար ցմահ ազատազրկման էր դատապարտվել Յասին Հայալը: Հետագա տարիներին գործը վերաբացվել էր՝ ներգրավելով նոր կասկածյալների: 2021թ. մարտի 26-ին դատապարտվածները Ոստիկանության հետախուզության նախկին ղեկավարներից Ալի Ֆուաթ Յըլմազերն է, որն ազատազրկման է դատապարտվել առանց պայմանական վաղաժամկետ ազատման հնարավորության, և ոստիկանության մեկ այլ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյա՝ Ռամազան Աքյուրեքը:
Թուրքիայում համարում են, որ Դինքի սպանության նախապատրաստման և իրականացման մեջ ներգրավված են ԱՄՆ-ում բնակվող թուրք քարոզիչ Ֆեթուլլահ Գյուլենի գյուլենական շարժման ներկայացուցիչները: Գյուլենին Անկարան մեղադրում է 2016-ի հուլիսին հեղաշրջման փորձ կազմակերպելու մեջ:
Հրանտ Դինքը սպանվել է 2007 թվականի հունվարի 19-ին` «Ակոս»-ի խմբագրության առջեւ նրա վրա կատարված զինված հարձակման արդյունքում: Նրա մահը փողոց էր դուրս բերել հազարավոր թուրքերի՝ «Բոլորս Հրանտ Դինք ենք» կարգախոսներով:
