SOCIETYԿարմիր շուկա-Ստեփանակերտ ճանապարհին արձանագրված միջադեպի վերաբերյալ պետք է իրականացվի պատշաճ քննություն։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Արցախի հանրապետության մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը։
«Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի կողմից ուսումնասիրվել է մարտի 25-ին լրատվամիջոցներում տարածված տեղեկություններն այն մասին, որ Կարմիր շուկա-Ստեփանակերտ ճանապարհահատվածում ադրբեջանցիների կողմից քարկոծվել են հայերի մեքենաները:
Պաշտպանը դատապարտում է 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 10-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության խախտումները և բռնության գործադրման ցանկացած դրսևորում` անկախ դրա հեղինակից:
Գրանցված միջադեպի հանգամանքները բացահայտելու ուղղությամբ իրավապահ մարմինների կողմից պետք է իրականացվի պատշաճ քննություն, որն առաջնահերթ անհրաժեշտ է նման դեպքերը բացառելու, հատկապես շփման հատվածին հարակից` առանց այդ էլ գերլարված բնակչության տեղեկացված լինելու իրավունքն ապահովելու համար:
Այս առումով Պաշտպանը դրական է գնահատում Արցախի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազության և ոստիկանության օպերատիվ արձագանքը զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցների հրապարակմանը և ենթադրյալ հանցավոր դեպքի հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի քննության պատրաստակամությունը»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:
