«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ պետի հետ կապված իրավական կազուսը ոչ միայն լուծում չի ստանում, այլև գնալով խորանում է: Օրերս էլ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը զինված ուժերի բարձրագույն սպայակազմին ներկայացրեց ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի նորանշանակ պետ Արտակ Դավթյանին: Այս հանդիպման հետ կապված ուշագրավ մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել «Փաստ» թերթին: Կառավարության մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, Փաշինյանը գեներալիտետին ասել է, որ քանի ինքը իշխանության լինի, 44-օրյա պատերազմի հետ կապված որևէ քննիչ հանձնաժողով չի ստեղծվելու, որևէ քննություն չի ընթանալու:
Զինվորականներին ասվել է, որ նրանք հանգիստ լինեն, Արտակ Դավթյանին ընդունեն որպես ԳՇ պետ, իրենք իրենց մեջ քննարկեն, հասկանան պատերազմի հետ կապված թերություններն ու սխալները և պարզապես աշխատեն դրանք շտկելու ուղղությամբ: Ըստ կուլիսներում պտտվող խոսակցությունների, նաև սա է դարձել բարձրագույն սպայակազմի՝ հատկապես վերջին օրերին առավել լոյալ պահվածքի պատճառը, չնայած, մեր տեղեկություններով, գեներալիտետի զգալի մասը շարունակում է մնալ նույն կարծիքին: Հիշեցնենք, որ դեռևս փետրվարի 25-ին Հայաստանի զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբը հայտարարությամբ էր հանդես եկել՝ պահանջելով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և կառավարության հրաժարականը:
