«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Սյունիքի մարզով երթևեկելը վտանգավոր է՝ հակառակ իշխանությունների հավաստիացումներին, մանավանդ՝ «Ադրբեջանի տարածք համարվող» Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհի հատվածը, որն ադրբեջանցիների վերահսկողության տակ է։ Գուցե ՀՀ իշխանությունները Սյունիքի մարզն անվտանգ են համարում՝ ելնելով այն հանգամանքից, որ ադրբեջանցիների կողմից կոնկրետ իրենց վտանգ չի սպառնում։ Փոխարենը մեր թշնամու կողմից վտանգ սպառնում է ՀՀ իշխանությունների թշնամիներին։

Մեզ ասացին՝ Սյունիքի մարզի ընդդիմադիր հայացքներ ունեցող որոշ համայնքապետերի, այդ թվում՝ Մեղրիի քաղաքապետ Մխիթար Զաքարյանին, ներքին կարգով զգուշացրել են՝ շրջանցել Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհն ու Մեղրի հասնել այլընտրանքային՝ Տաթևով ճանապարհով, քանի որ ադրբեջանցիները հնարավոր է ՀՀ իշխանությունների ուղղորդմամբ կանգնեցնեն իր մեքենան և գերի վերցնեն կամ վնասեն նրան։ Հորդորել են, որ եթե ճանապարհն էլ չփոխի, գոնե մեքենան փոխի, որ չֆիքսեն, որ ինքն է։

Հիշեցնենք․ օրեր առաջ մեզ հետ զրույցում Մխիթար Զաքարյանը նման վտանգի մասին ակնարկել էր․ «Ես, որ անկեղծ ասեմ, ավելի շատ վտանգ․․․ հիմա մի քիչ կարող է կասկածամտության հետևանք լինի, բայց երբ որ վարչապետի հրաժարականը սկսեցինք պահանջել, հասկացանք, որ էստեղից կարող է ուղղորդեն, որ մեզ էնտեղից վնասեն»:
