Ուկրաինայի Շումի բնակավայրի մերձակայքում 4 զինվորիի զոհվելուց հետո երկրի Գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Ռուսլան Խոմչակն անմիջապես մեկնել է Դոնբաս՝ զինծառայողների մահվան հանգամանքները պարզելու համար։
Այս մասին հայտնում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի» լրատվական գործակալությունը՝ վկայակոչելով Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկիին։
Ավելի վաղ Դոնբասում Միացյալ ուժերի գործողության շտաբի մամուլի ծառայությունից հայտնել էին, որ Դոնեցկի շրջանի Շումի բնակավայրի մերձակայքում հրթիռակոծության հետևանքով զոհվել է չորս ուկրաինացի զինվոր և վիրավորվել երկուսը: Դոնբասում իրադրության կարգավորման խնդրով զբաղվող կոնտակտային խմբում Կիևի պատվիրակությունը հայտարարել է, որ պատրաստվում է արտակարգ ներքին նիստի:
«Իմ կարգադրությամբ Ուկրաինայի Գլխավոր շտաբի պետն անմիջապես թռել է դեպքի վայր՝ բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու նպատակով․․․Բոլոր մյուս համաձայնագրերի կատարման հետագա քայլերը և Ուկրաինայի արևելյան շրջաններում իրավիճակի կարգավորումը հնարավոր չէ իրականացնել կրակոցների և պայթյունների ձայների ներքո։ Միմյանց լսելու համար, բառի բոլոր իմաստներով, Դոնբասում պետք է կայուն լռություն տիրի», – ասել է Զելենսկին։
Լրատվական գործակալությունը հիշեցնում է, որ 2020 թվականի հուլիսին Դոնբասում ուժի մեջ էր մտել հրադադարի ռեժիմ, որի համաձայն՝ բնակավայրերում և դրանց հարակից շրջաններում զենք տեղադրելն ու կրակ բացելն արգելվում է։ Բացի այդ հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման համար կարգապահական պատասխանատվություն է սահմանվել:
