«Երրորդ ուժ» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնության անդամ Արտակ Թովմասյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է.
«Պարոնա՛յք սպաներ, գեներալներ,
«Երրորդ ուժ» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնությունը ձևավորում է «Անվտանգության անկախ խորհուրդ», որի շրջանակներում մարտի 29-ին՝ ժամը 17։00-ին, «Դվին» հյուրանոցային համալիրում կանցկացվի անդրանիկ հավաք-քննարկումը՝ նվիրված Հայաստանի անվտանգային արդի հիմնախնդիրների լուծմանը։
Ազգային բանակի կայացմանը մասնակից բանիմաց, հարուստ փորձառությամբ, պետականամետ ու նվիրյալ սպաներին, իրավապահ համակարգի ու ռազմական գործի գիտակներին հրավիրում ենք կառուցողական քննարկման՝ առկա մարտահրավերներին համատեղ ուժերով դիմակայելու նպատակով։
