Իշխանությունը Հայաստան համահայկական հիմնադրամից պատերազմի օրերին գողացած 52 մլրդ դրամն ու այս պահին հիմնադրամի հաշվին եղած 58 մլրդ դրամը վերջապես որոշել է փոխանցել Արցախին, այն էլ վրաներս թանկով «ծախելով», նախընտրական քարոզչության «պերեդոզով»։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է «Հենակետ» վերլուծական կենտրոնի ղեկավար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը:

«Թե բա աննախադեպ ծրագիր ենք իրականացնելու Արցախում։ Դա ողջ հայության գումարն է, որը մեր հայրենիքի համար ծանրագույն պահին հավաքվել է և պետք է օգտագործվի ըստ նպատակի։

Դո՞ւք ով եք, ի՞նչ առնչություն ունեք այս ամենի հետ։ Դուք Արցախի համար միայն մեկ աննախադեպ ծրագիր եք իրականացրել՝ հանձնել եք այն ու դեպի մահ ուղեկցել հազարավոր մարդկանց»,- գրել է Աբրահամյանը:
