Կխստացվեն կորոնավիրուսի տարածումը կանխարգելող միջոցառումները
SOCIETYՎարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ այսօր տեղի է ունեցել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում կորոնավիրուսի տարածումը կանխարգելող աշխատանքները համակարգող հանձնաժողովի նիստը:
Իր խոսքում վարչապետ Փաշինյանը, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Մեր այն սպասումը և կանխատեսումը, թե նոր տիպի կորոնավիրուսի համավարակն առնվազն մեկ տարի տևելու է, ըստ էության արդարացան և արդարանում են, և հիմա ամբողջ աշխարհում կորոնավիրուսը շարունակում է տարածվել: Նոր հանգամանքը, որ ի հայտ է եկել, պատվաստանյութերի կիրառումն է, և մենք այսօր կքննարկենք այս պահին կորոնավիրուսի հետ կապված իրավիճակը Հայաստանում և մեր անելիքները, մասնավորապես՝ պատվաստման քաղաքականությունը, պատվաստանյութերի ձեռքբերման առումով մեր պայմանավորվածությունները, հետագա քայլերը»:
Առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը ներկայացրել է Հայաստանում համաճարակային իրավիճակը՝ նշելով, որ այսօրվա դրությամբ հաստատվել է կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության ընդհանուր 190741 դեպք, որից 172096-ը՝ առողջացած, 3476-ը՝ մահվան ելքով: Կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդությամբ այս պահին փաստացի բուժում է ստանում 14287 պացիենտ: Ընդհանուր առմամբ կատարվել է 842817 թեստավորում: Վիճակագրական տվյալներ են ներկայացվել վարակի վերարտադրողության ցուցանիշի, դեպքայնության աճի, մահճակալային ֆոնդի զբաղվածության և առկա հիվանդանոցային կարողությունների վերաբերյալ: Նախարարը նշել է, որ նշված ցուցանիշների վերջին 7 օրվա համեմատականը մտահոգիչ է, Հայաստանում կորոնավիրուսի համաճարակային իրավիճակը շարունակում է լարված մնալ և վերահսկողական միջոցառումները չխստացնելու պարագայում կվատթարանա:
Ա. Ավանեսյանն անդրադարձել է Covid-19-ի դեմ պատվաստանյութի ձեռքբերման գործընթացին, որի շրջանակում երեկ՝ մարտի 28-ին, Հայաստան է ներկրվել պատվաստանյութի առաջին խմբաքանակը՝ 24 հազար դեղաչափ: Այն նախատեսված է ռիսկային խմբերի շրջանում, կամավորության սկզբունքով, կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պատվաստելու համար: Ներկրված պատվաստանյութի արդյունավետության և անվտանգության տվյալները համապատասխանում են Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության սահմանած չափանիշներին: Զեկուցվել է նաև Covid-19 դեմ պատվաստանյութի հաջորդ խմբաքանակների ձեռքբերման ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքների մասին:
Նիստում քննարկվել են կորոնավիրուսի տարածումը կանխարգելելու ուղղությամբ առաջնահերթ անելիքները: Վարչապետն առաջարկել է աշխատանքները կազմակերպել հետևյալ ուղղություններով՝ պատվաստման շարունակական գործընթաց, դիմակների կրման մակարդակի բարձրացում, վերահսկողական միջոցառումների խստացում և հիվանդանոցային ներուժի ավելացում: Այս կապակցությամբ քննարկվել են մի շարք առաջարկներ, այդ թվում՝ պատվաստանյութերի այլ տեսակների ձեռքբերման առնչությամբ: Արծարծվել են հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատություններում կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումներին վերաբերող հարցեր: Ընդգծվել է, որ պետք է աշխատանքներն իրականացնել կորոնավիրուսի նախորդ ճգնաժամային շրջաններում կիրառած սկզբունքների և փորձի հիման վրա:
Վարչապետը հանձնարարել է ակտիվացնել տեսչական ստուգումները, հատկապես փակ տարածքներում և հանրային տրանսպորտում, շարունակել հանրային լայն իրազեկումը դիմակի կրման մշակույթը տարածելու ուղղությամբ և կենտրոնանալ պատվաստանյութերի նոր խմբաքանակների ձեռքբերման աշխատանքների վրա:
